When I went in I was immediately greeted but I had to wait 30 minutes to even get into a room whereas the woman who came 15 minutes after me was seen immediately. When the nurse took my weight she said, "Oh you gained some weight" in a not so friendly tone. I went into the room and waited another half an hour to be seen by the doctor and she was okay but after my exam I waited 45 minutes and no one came into the room or told me anything. I finally had to walk outside myself and find the nurse who told me I didnt have to stay and could have left this whole time. Ultimately it was a complete waste of time because they didnt even put my prescription into the pharmacy. I double checked with them after my appointment and asked if it would be available today and the woman said that it would be available in a few hours. So I drive to CVS where they tell me my name isnt even on file. I guess they didnt even bother to call the pharmacy. I asked multiple times as well which pharmacy they were going to call it into. Completely incompetent people.

Dr. Aszterbaum is great ! Very caring, easy to talk to. When my regular GYN moved to St. Joes in Orange, it was too far, so I researched the other docs in Doctors of Women and Dr. A. seemed closest to the care i received for many years. I may not be able to stay with this doc, due to Medicare affiliation, and Im very sad. I am researching options now, but she is great! I highly recommend her as a GYN!!

Dr. Aszterbaum is the BEST! She was recommended to me over 20 yrs. ago and I would recommend her to any women needing a great, caring gynecologist today. You can be confident you are in excellant care with her.
