Dr. Jimenez is a great doctor! I give him five stars, and here is why: 1st Star) Excellent Bedside Manner- Dr. Jimenez is extremely friendly, approachable, and very responsive. When I was sick, after I got home, I received a call from the doctor to check up on me. Never have I ever had treatment like this. 2nd Star) Embraces technology- some reviewers said he has to "look stuff up on the internet." While I am not trying to stomp on that review, I think perhaps there may have been a mis-interpretation. Dr. Jimenez uses a great program to track your symptoms and diagnosis- he then offers to you to have the ability to look at your charts through a secure portal online. This is great, especially for patients who want to keep track of their medical history. Also, in the event of an emergency, this resource would be great, and could technology like this truly can save lives if properly used. 3rd Star) Professional- Dr. Jimenez is professional, and very easy to work with when it comes to the doctor-patient relationship. He made even a difficult discussion about personal issues very comfortable, and knows how to show he cares. 4th star) Dr. Jimenezs practice- he only hires very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were extremely fast on processing my information, and seemed to know what was going on. 5th star) While I do not speak Spanish, I admire that Dr. Jimenez has learned Spanish to serve his patients. He works in Santa Ana, and has seemed to have learned fluent Spanish. I can admire this, as it is not easy to learn a second language, never the less, to learn the medical terms in two languages is quite a feat. This is a testament to his dedication to his patients. I was really wowd by Dr. Jimenez, and recommend him to my friends, and trust him with my family.

Dr. Jimenez is very kind and attentive, he will spend a lot of time talking to you. The problem is that he often has to look stuff up on the internet. Its almost comical sometimes. He does do everything on the computer, every time you ask him a question, he looks it up online. It is not very reassuring at times, but on the other hand, he is kind and his office staff is also patient and friendly. So if you have something serious, I am not sure he could diagnose it, which worries me. I have had issues that I had to go to specialists to resolve that probably could have been resolved by other family doctors. He tends to refer out to specialists all the time. It seems to me that most of his patients are Spanish speaking. He speaks pretty darned good Spanish, too. But, all in all, I guess I like him.

Met Dr. Jimenez & Staff for the first time on 4/15/16 at his offices. The Staff were courteous, professional, and really worked well as a team. Office Manager (Kathy) and I discussed my intention to make a PCP & IPA move late in life. The conversation was very rewarding, positive and made to feel, if I make the change, BECOME PART OF THE GROUP. I did Dr. Daniel Jimenez, was (not knowing going in) a breath of fresh air, read my info, asked a lot of questions, answered back, had some myself, very current & professional, made new referrals (4) as we talked, treated me as NOT NEW, but as a part of his group (as a patient) right away. Very happy and Very glad of this change, in my life.

Dr Jimenez is a wonderful doctor. He takes the time to really talk to you during a visit. He has personally (not an assistant) called me on numerous occasions, after lab tests or a procedure to give me the results and counsel me!! I have never had a doctor take such a personal interest in his patients. I would recommend Dr Jimenez to anyone who wants a doctor who knows and cares about his patients.
