I was assigned dr vandana as my primary. For 2 years i never saw her, only her physicans assistants would treat me. Then as i transferred to them from kaiser now 3yrs later they still havent gotten my medical records from them. Im sure they never even tried to get them. So thus all my treatment i was on before got put on hold and i am now physically in worse health than ever. The wait time is ridiculous. At least an hour every time you come. I believe though the cancer patients here since they accept both cancer patients as well as the average patients, they might be seen quicker than people like me but not sure dont want to assume who was who. Anyways, so finally when i got an apt with dr brian page. He actually seems to give a damn about his patients and i have seen him at least 4 times so far and tries his best to get stuff done but i think theyre so understaffed right now he is one to rush you off so he can get to next person. Though he isnt bad, this office overall is just absolutely horrible. The worst office ive ever been to. Oh and top it off they charge for any paperwork and also charge to use a card transaction (1.50). $15 for a doctors note. $35 for medical records plus 25c per page! Any disability, dmv, paperwork or letters also $35.. my last doctor never did that. So overall dont recommend whatsoever

This office is rude and incompetent. I was hung up on by Annette, even talking to the supposedly office manager Martha about the situation she failed to get my name. I filed a grievance with my insurance carrier and moved on to another oncologist. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I just left there crying. I couldnt see the Dr because I was late for my appointment. Never been late in the 6yrs Im been going there. Leaving there not knowing of my blood results is so hard. Girls upfront have no idea how it feels for a cancer patient. Love my Dr though.

Young Hispanic woman sprayed waiting room with lysol while patients were present. Why? Because I can. Patients were inhaling that stuff. She should have waited for waiting room to clear out.
