Slow, seemed like they had too many patients or not enough experienced and competent employees. they were supposed to call me back within 2 days, referring me to another specialist I had to call dr narvasas office myself and all they said was they were working on it and they would call me back, 8 days later they reffered me to dr stringer he told me that if i had been there within two days he couldve helped me but that it was too late and i would have to live with a crooked jaw. needless to say ive switched doctors within 5 mins of meeting him he told me dr stringer was the only facial surgeon in the area wow really..? long story short if you have serious problems go see a serious doctor cause this one and her staff just want your money in and out and eff off

I have been a patient of Dr Narvasa for over 15 years. Her and her staff have always taken my health concerns seriously. I can always call in and get the help I need or get a next day appointment. When I do come in for an appointment I can always look forward to being greeted with a smile. Her and her staff are always friendly and take the time to make sure I leave happy and healthy. Thank you Dr. Narvasa and keep up the good work.
