Very bad experience with billing team, Staff really needs training on managing accounts. I dont think intern can help in getting there job done. My Address and Insurance changed in October, my daughter visited office in November. My wife provided new information no body bothered to update new information on file. Billing department generated bill and kept on sending to old address for six months and finally to collection center. I got to know when it came on my credit report and I called them to confirm and figured out they still have old information on file. I provided new information AGAIN and resolve the matter. After a month I receive a call from collection department AGAIN that you have disputed the bill we charged on card now instead of X amount you owe Y amount REALLY... I asked which card you charged on and they give me card which I dont even remember I ever owned. I felt like I am really talking to someone who doesnt want to pay attention SERIOUSLY.... Very disappointing experience from "suppose to be" well educated group. The best work this team is expert in is Rudeness and not paying paying attention to work. STRONGLY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY......

Please take your child elsewhere. My son ended up hospitalized with pneumonia and undiagnosed asthma after 3 trips to this place in the course of 3 weeks because he was not getting any better. not one prescription was given from this place to help him. all i got was "it will run its course." their inaction is astounding and could have cost him his life if it werent for the helpful nurses at his school. We went immediately to the ER where he was so bad off we did not even wait to see a doc. he was transferred to hospital and given antibiotics and asthma medicine. he could barely breathe, and oxygen saturation was low. i told the doctor at this place his cough was getting worse. his symptoms were the same for almost a month but they did nothing. I take him to UCI now, where they actually take my concerns seriously.

Dr Brown was Amazing. She has been my daughters dr for 5 years now!!. They caught her lung infection last year and she recovered faster than some of her classmates and even some other parents that all hand this lung infection flu thing going around. She was offered allergy medicine, but havent had to use it. They are always kind if I ask to separate vaccines or to wait til her cold is over and her immunity can handle a vaccine. Everyone is nice and understanding. When I asked for the parents rights to refuse vaccine for medical or personal reasons they signed it for me, but first explained things in detail. Clean neat office. Great staff.
