First and foremost, I love the pediatricians here, they are really good with the kids and they are very caring. My daughter has been a patient since she turned 2 is now 5 and we have never had an issue with the doctors they have followed up with us when they said they would and are quick and to the point. My only complaint and the reason Im giving it low rating is because the nurses at the front desk can be so rude at times, theyll answer with an "I could care less" type of attitude and placing you on hold for an excessive amount of time(20 mins on one occassion). I understand they are extremely busy at times but really Ive seen up to 5 girls working the office and theres no need to be rude about your job, theres plenty of others where you dont have to deal with people... The only reason I put up with them is because the doctors are really that good here.

I dont care for this drs office at all but my sons been going there since birth. Nurses are very rude even over the phone and its been a different dr everytime ive gone lately its almost turning into a urgent carw type of place. And you have to wait up to an hour to be called and then another 30 minutes in the room. They need better help.
