My name is X Laudermill. I was unfortunate enough to be a patient of Dr. Morris. His dentistry service was O.K., but he was rude and judged me as an African American for not being familiar with the particular music he listens to and insulted me based upon that, but amazingly I didnt see anyone of color in a staff position in his office. In addition, he was upset because I complained that I still had sensation during an extraction. He asked "can you feel this", "how about that" and after the procedure was over he stated when he asked me if I could feel it and I replied yes that he wasnt "doing anything" so the dr was playing games during the procedure? He should not have become upset when I stated I was feeling discomfort because prior to starting he stated I should let him know if I feel anything. Most dentists will tell you that when there is infection present the anesthesia sometimes doesnt work. Well, I returned again for another extraction and his first comment to me was "I thought we told you to never return here" FOR WHAT-not being a fan of Aretha Franklin? Being "guilty" of still feeling pain? Thanks for a wonderful experience Dr. Morris and I will be sure to tell anyone who listens to not go to your office unless they dont mind feeling pain during an extraction and unless they listen to Aretha Franklin and Patti LaBelle!!

I was referred to Dr. Morris by a great friend who recommended him as one of the best oral surgeons in the area and she was not wrong! I have had extensive work done at Loma Linda university for 6 missing teeth and always had a great experience there, but wanted to check out another office that might be able to address additional problems that recently developed on my ten year old implants. Dr Morris was so incredibly sensitive to my needs and knew exactly what the problem was straight away when he checked out my xrays. He prescribed me antibiotics that cleared up an infection I wasnt aware of (because another oral surgeon told me the bleeding I was experiencing was from my implants being too close to the front of my gums and that Id need all new implants...uhm what??) When I went back for my checkup a week later, he didnt try to up sell me on work I didnt need, but instead gave me a straight up diagnosis and told me what he would recommend if I was his own daughter. My gums havent bled at all since, and this was 3 months ago! I had a major nuisance cleared up in a week and he was totally gentle and warm through the whole thing. Would ABSOLUTELY return !!!

The doctor is great; the office staff is not. I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled and four days later was experiencing some of the worst pain of my life and breaking out in hives due to the pain medication prescribed. I called his office at noon to and told the receptionist this and asked if I could talk to or see Dr. Morris the same day and was told, "No - were pretty much out the door already." She then told me I probably wasnt cleaning the areas well enough and I should just take some ibuprofen (which I have listed on their files as being allergic to). I called again the next day to try to get an appt, and she told me I couldnt see the doctor that day, but offered me an early morning appt for the day after. I told her I couldnt make it that early, to which she replied, "Look, Im bending over backward for you here! If you dont want to be helped, I cant do anything for you!" I ended up going into the emergency room for an allergic reaction to the pain meds, and I have a follow-up appt for my wisdom teeth with my regular dentist. Just be aware that if you decide to go to Dr. Morris, youll have a great operation, but ZERO follow-up care.

I was sent to this office by my general dentist to have a tooth extracted. My insurance covers this procedure except for a very small co-pay. Easy enough right, well maybe not. Now they tell me that I need to be sedated with Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) not covered by insurance of course, for an additional charge of amount of around $150.00. ( I forget the exact amount). Really?? I had a tooth pulled before and no need for this sedation. Just a local pain killer was all that was needed. At this point I was taken back to the procedure room and while waiting I could hear them giving the same up-sell to the next person that walked in the door. This is when I got up and left, no explanation for leaving, I just left. Got a new referral from my general dentist for another doctor and got the tooth pulled with no mention of a need for laughing gas. Im sure this doctor has a very nice house and lots of toys , but I personally am not contributing or supporting to his way of doing business.

Dr. Morris extracted the wisdom teeth of my two kids and did a fantastic job! He was very gentile, accommodating, and extremely mindful of their comfort. Their overall experience was a very pleasant one. He recently did an implant on me as well and the experience was also excellent. Felt NO pain at all, he thoroughly explained the procedure (I ask a lot of questions) and was very accommodating as well. The office staff is also SUPERB. They are VERY nice, patient, and explained thoroughly all the back office stuff. This is a great practice led by a serious & sincere Dr. and I would totally recommend their services to anyone :).

I was refered by my dentist on emergency, I went in, filled out a few info sheets, was seen within minutes! I was explained my procedures & options thoroughly,as soon as I decided to proceed I was sent into surgery! It was fast! Felt no pain or discomfort, after surgery instructions were to the point and following that and taking the pain meds, I have yet to feel a thing, which is awesome! I am definitely looking forward to my next procedure!!

I was referred by my dentist to have a very complicated surgery with Dr Morris. I have to tell you that he did an awesome job! he did an extraction and removed part of a root canal that got stuck all the way to my sinus. He took care of me, removed that piece. Im very pleased with the job he did. I would totally recommend Dr. Morris for any type of oral surgery you need.

I had a wisdom tooth extraced by Dr. Morris. Dr. Morris and his staff were all friendly, thorough, and accomodating. The procedure was quick painless, and overall as pleasant of an experience as you can have, having dental work done. Highly recommend!

They were patient with my financial delay and made my sons surgery a priority even though we were way past our appointment time. They were thorough in explaining the procedures and answering my questions.
