Dr. Fein is an awesome, trustworthy doctor. He is the kind of doctor you want to confide in and trust. The trick could be how to get to capitalize on his skills. Should you have problems with this office staff, you may just be out of luck like me. After seeing one of Feins assistants in Naples, we were unable to get the prescriptions ostensibly written and instead of assisting to unravel a simple problem, the assistant and her coworkers chose to repeatedly hang up the phone on me and would not provide the information to my insurance company nor my primary care physician either. I spent $125 on visit and got nothing. Poor Dr. Fein. I hope he gets more competent staff to compliment his professionalism. This forum is the only way I may be able to express myself to him since his staff will not take a message.

A Great Doctor: I had heard so many positive things about Dr. Fein from my neighbor and wasnt let down. I have a family history of melanoma and was worried that I might have something bad. Dr. Fein was smart, down to earth, and very caring. He actually took the time to check the bottom of my feet and scalp which my last dermo never did. He gave me tips to avoid sun damage and even helped explain the different types of sunscreens and sun protective clothing that you can buy. I feel much better now. Thanks Dr. Fein and his staff

Dr. Fein is a life-saver. I had a growth on my face that doctors have looked at year after year since I was 19 and no one wanted to remove it. He took one look and said its cancerous. We scheduled an appointment, had it removed and it was, in fact, skin cancer. He worked with another doctor to repair the work done as it was close to my eye and years later now you cant even tell that I had something growing or that it was removed. Dr. Fein is simply the best!

I was a patient in Long Beach for several years, called to make an appointment, and was told it would take 3 weeks because they are only in the office once a week. When I asked for a referral the receptionist told me to ask my insurance company for names of other dermatologists, like this is something I need her to tell me. What a total joke.
