What a joke. I made a urgent appointment with Dr. Moy. I had to take off work and arrived at my appointment. The receptionst goes "Oh, sorry. Dr. Moy called in sick today." Thats it?! You couldnt call me? She said "oh we didnt have your phone number." So I drove all the way to this appointment just to find out the doctor is sick. Im not upset that he was sick--obviously thats understandable. The fact that the receptionist didnt have my phone number or didnt ask in the first place? Its not my job to ensure they have my number when I called to make the appointment--for all I know they had caller ID. I will not be coming back here solely for the inconvenience this place caused me. I had an urgent skin care issue that needed attention and they obviously have an issue at that office.

Ive just recently started going to Dr. Moy as Im a new resident of Manhattan Beach! I was originally told that he had a new front desk staff and they are so sweet and accommodating! Now I originally went in for some simple acne cream but have since learned they have so many services they can offer. This place is like one stop shopping for your skin! Dr. Moy also has his own product line, which Ive been using and love it! This man is really smart and hes very good a what he does. Get there soon!!!

I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Moy and his laser technician, Debbie Frost. He is a talented and gentle Doctor. Debbie is truly a laser wizard. Im shocked to read some of these reviews (the not-so-good ones), but I know he struggled with some front office staff for awhile--as all Doctors do. I can assure you, that has been rectified. If you want top-notch, cutting edge skin treatments as well as basic dermatology, Moy Dermatologys your spot!

I have been seeing Dr. Moy for years now. He is an excelent doctor and has been able to help me with all my skin issues. His staff has changed a bit since these last reviews were written they were bad before, but now he has really great staff working for him. I refer all of my friends and family to Dr. Moy.

Wow!!! I cant say enough about how great Dr. Moy and his staff are! I am always able to get an appointment quickly (a problem with my previous dermatologist) and they diagnosed my problem while I am there and treat it... They even gave me some free samples!!! I highly recommend them!!!!!

They waste your money and the hair removal doesnt work. DO NOT waste your time and money, Deb Mason will lie to you and tell you it will work and 2 months after completing all sessions my hair is back full force.

Had an appointment for 11:45AM. I was on time. At 12:25 I left without him having done what I came there for. 40 minutes wait is unacceptable. I cannot recommend.
