My dad just had an appointment, and Dr. Lewis is amazing, but his helpers sure aint. Not being racist, but just to clarify since I dont know her name, but a white woman with long blonde curly hair is soooo rude. My dad was nothing, but nice, and when she "helped" him with the paperwork for his glasses, she seemed like she had an attitude. 1) she throws down the glasses, not sets them down. 2) when my dad asks for clarification for something, she responds in a useless way that barely answers his question AND in an attitude. She should not be in customer service because she gets an F. I was sitting on the sideline getting furious. How would she like to be treated like that? Would anyone wanna come back? Dr. Lewis needs to hire new staff.

My wife (who is Japanese) brought back frames for adjustment, and staff, 2 women, became angry with her. They denied they had given her the wrong frames, although she showed them their paperwork. They didnt adjust the glasses, didnt check their fit, and insisted she make an appointment with Dr. Lewis. She will not be going back or ever recommend such a rude office.

The girls that work the front desk are always rude for no reason, the optometrist is great, I love him. But the girls there shouldnt be in customer service. Even when Im as nice as can be on the phone, I still get attitude from them.

The staff is very out going and friendly. Helpful in picking out the right frames. I was very pleased with the customer service and professionalism of the optometrist. Very pleased with the overall service and highly recommend.
