Weeks ago I requested an appointment on the 9th of April at 9am. They did not have any openings, so they sent me an email back rescheduling my appointment for April 16th, I thought great fabulous. Well today I got a call with them trying to reschedule on a day I am not available and she said it didnt look like I had an appointment set up. Really you guys sent me the email with a rescheduled appointment. She tried saying that iant what the email said. The best part is the rescheduled on a day nobody would be there to help me. Fantastic! It will be almost another month until I can get in. I explained that this is extremely unprofessional and I will just need to find another location. She said "ok sorry about that" . No lets try to squeeze you in nothing .. customer service lacks some training and you appointment coordinator lacks proper training. Oh and yes I did forward the email back to them that they sent. Thank you for calling me a liar!

The Dr was awesome.She geniunely cares for her patients. Wish my primary dr was like her. I have been to many eye drs in my lifetime and have never recieved the outstanding services I have recieved from her office. I finally got glasses I am happy with.(the lenses) she gave me what I wanted glasses for the computer and glasses to drive with. Definitely telling all my friends n family. Shes got my like on FB. She fixed glasses everyone else said they couldnt fix. Go to her you will leave her office pleased that you went!. I tip my hat to you Dr!

Doctor Holcomb is simply amazing! I simply love her to the moon and back. She is like a conductor of the finest orchestrated optometry practice in the Sacramento area! Her staff is incredible, she has the latest in fashionable frames, and she has a bedside manner second to none! I have recommended her to everyone I know, and could never "see" myself going anywhere else!! 10 stars to Crystal View staff for making me a raving fan.

My family loves Dr. Holcomb and her staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My daughter, who is attending college in Southern California, can call from college and order her contacts. The staff has been very flexible and works around her school schedule. I also love the fact that Dr. Holcombs staff has never been pushy about selling us products. Her staff respects our budget and works within our vision plan.

Easy to get appointments, and if I have minor adjustments that need to be made to the fit of my glasses, I just walk in. They are always willing to help me be comfortable in my eyewear. Great office!! If you are looking for an optometrist, I would recommend Crystal View!

The Dr. and staff are amazing. When you walk in the office your greeted by name like an old family friend. They are very accomodating with their appt schedule and have even stayed a few minutes late just so I could be seen. The selection of frames are stylish and unique. If you want excellent customer service and outstanding eye care this is the place to be.
