What a total nightmare! they were listed as an In Network Dentist on my insurance website- cleanings covered at 100%. I called and asked that they confirm this and if they were in network months before my appointment. No one called back. I called just before my first appointment to check. They said they were in network. I get my teeth cleaned. They charge me! They tell me that they charge the difference in the amount between their price and what my insurance charges. They should in fact be writing off that difference and not be charging me. I call my insurance to complain. I asked the dental office 4 times for a refund. No one ever calls me back. The Insurance company has someone call them to explain the process. Might I add this is Dental coverage 101 and my insurance company is surprised at their lack on knowledge. No phone call to even say sorry for all the trouble and then having to cancel other appointments for my family until this is resolved. Dentist was great but front office needs a new staff who knows what they are doing. I would steer clear of this place. Not worth the grief! We are looking for a good dentist with competent front office staff.

Dr. Hennessy is a great dentist. I always have great experiences whenever I needs any works done for my teeth. He never pushes you to have any work done unless he thinks is necessary. Love his staff, you just feel warm and welcome when you step into the office! I sure will refer him to friends in a heartbeat!
