My visit to Floss Family Dentistry on July-26 was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. The receptionist and the assistant was warm and welcoming and I was seen on time. The examining room was clean and neat and the dentist Dr. J was friendly, competent and very professional. She kept me updated as and when she was examining and had the latest technology for full support. The examining and procedure time was thorough and detailed and the service received was very personalized which was a big difference from my previous dental office, where things were always rushed and not streamlined. I like the efficient way the appointment was handled with a patient focused service team at all times. Overall a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr J and her team to anyone.

Honestly the best dentist Ive ever gone to. And Ive been to a lot of great dentists! Brenda and Dr T have such a great dynamic, too. Sophelia is awesome, too! Never underestimate small hands, Dr T is skilled, considerate, empathetic AND has small hands ;) I highly recommend Dr T even if youre coming from San Jose or surrounding cities, shes worth the travel. Dr T actually asked me about myself before starting any work. She actually cares about you as a person and not like just another number. Love this place!

This is my first time ever writing a review online, but had to do it because I like to give credit where its deserved. Dr. T deserves recognition for her knowledge and expertise. Dr. T. makes you feel comfortable by first listening to your problems/opinions, then providing her opinion and treatment, which I believe has been the best for me so far. Dr. T. does not make you feel rushed, and seems to be loving what she does.

My children have been a patient of Floss Family Dentistry for awhile, and they both love coming here. The receptionist, hygienist, and Dr. T are all very friendly and are excellent in talking my kids through the procedures. My kids always leave here happy and ask if they can come again soon.
