From the time I got in there she bad-mouthed my previous dentist saying very slanderous things. She is also the only dentist that I know that charges you the whole amount, even texting me about my bill at 8 on, instead of calling the dental plan and asking for their coverage and charging me for the rest. Upon calling Delta dental I discovered that I was also charged for services that were not performed. And after all that my wife still has problems w the teeth worked upon. When questioned Mrs. Buchanan was rude and was only worried about "pre" payment. I will never go back to that place again and urge current patients to pay close attention to their Billings!

I am travelling from Texas and had a filling break. Dr. Buchanan saw me promptly and found several more problems. Ive had no better dental work any where. She takes pride in being very up to date with her procedures,and provides small things like lip balm while she is working so your lips dont crack.The entire staff works as a team. I had to see her several times and she listens to patient feedback, another plus. Next time I am in California, I will be scheduling my work with her. I leave with my teeth in much better shape than when I came. Thanks to all the staff, but especially Dr. Buchanan!

I have always dreaded going to the dentist for fear of the injections. Painful reminders from childhood. But, with Dr. Buchanan in Livermore that is no longer a concern. I had all my old silver fillings replaced with no painful injections. The care was awesome and the work was outstanding. I highly recommend this dental office for quality care.
