The negatives reviews are not describing this practice: My family of four have been going to UCLA Parkside Family Practice for more than 10 years and all the doctors, especially Canale and Kennedy who weve seen the most, nurses and staff have always been caring, responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and skillful. My teenage daughters love it, and you know how much that means. The doctors and staff have helped us through the usual range of illnesses and conditions as well as some more complicated ones, even with our HMO coverage. We truly never had a bad experience here, ever. This is a first-rate medical practice.

If this hospital makes a mistake with your care, they will not talk to you, answer your questions or even treat you like a person at all. My doctor hid some of my medical records until after the statute of limitations for filing a medical malpractice law suit had expired. Be very cautious with this organization. They do not care about patients, they only care about money.

This place seems to be an insurance scam. After a 15 minute interview by a Dr. who didnt listen to anything I said but assured me that "an Oriental doctor" would be doing the accupunture (?), I got a $425 bill. Turns out the 10 mins interview was $300 and $100 per injection. Waste of time. Not effective.

The office staff is terrible. Lacking manners, courtesy or education in any form of customer service, especially the manager Anahit and her chihuahua Cindy. It is too badge cause the nurses and doctors are good.
