Dr. Eileen McGrath is a first class Dr. extremely thorough and very professional. She even goes out of her way to check on her patients when theyve had serious events I myself personally had my blood pressure spike and was hospitalized no previous blood pressure problems and I was put on stroke watch, Dr McGraths office was notified and she called me from her personal cell phone and gave me her cell phone just to be able to reach her so she could stay in touch to check on me she even asked if I was still in the hospital so she could come by.I dont know about you but when you find a doctor that goes that far for their patients that is someone that you hold on to for dear life. I feel that all my medical needs are addressed here due to her thoroughness. I just noticed that theres a few negative reviews lets get one thing straight Dr. Eileen McGrath is the doctor of quite a few doctors medical professionals , nurses , radiology personnel and if we trust and depend on her and rely on her medical expertise. Who would you listen to some novice complaining about an extended wait. In the waiting room because he had nothing to do or medical professionals that rely on her expertise trust me if you want someone that you can really depend on this is the medical facility that you want to go to in going there for 10 years no complaints all her referrals to specialist and everything else they are all on the same level as she is!!!!!!!!

Asked to arrive 30 min before my appointment time (I wonder why they didnt set my appointment half an hour earlier... but thats me) Arrived in time, filled up my paper work... all done within 3-4 minutes... then I waited 25 minutes doing nothing. Once I asked to go into the clinic, first I speak with a nurse and explain why Im there... she takes my vitals. 15 minutes later, doing nothing, comes a pseudo doctor, asking me all the questions again and some more. Also doing some tests. Another 15 minutes later, here comes the doctor, that know everything about me already (second hand information, so I wonder what he really knows), speaks to me for 2 minutes, and he is out. Done. Maybe it is a well organized choreography for THEIR better use of the time... but it is NOT for me the patient...

Absolutely the worst service and time management Ive ever experienced. The lady at the front desk is painstakingly slow and they kept me waiting 45 minutes after they said they would take me right away. I was there for a blood draw that shouldve taken 5 minutes and was there over an hour. Its an awful place.

I called and waited 25 minutes and 45 seconds to speak with a live person (by telephone). Thats a ridiculous amount of time for a medical office to respond. When I asked who I could complain to about the wait, I was told: "I dont know." Love the doctors and medical staff, but that is really lousy service.

I have been a patient of Dr. McGraths for over 10 years now and she is just excellent - a consummate professional, thorough and truly caring. And Ive never had to wait long at her office, either, so not sure what the fuss/negative reviews are about.
