I began seeing Dr. Masrour about 10 years ago. He is very nice, friendly, patient, thorough, and understanding. Lately the office is a little busy, but if you try to make an appointment at least 2 weeks in advance, you shouldnt have a problem. When Ive had a problem that couldnt wait, theyve still always managed to squeeze me in. The staff is wonderful and do theyre best to help get my issue resolved, even when Dr. Masrour wasnt available. Dr. Masrour and his staff (Sunset and Jennifer are the best and my favorite staffers). I have some problems that most medical professionals have looked down on, judged me, and basicly made me feel discriminated against. Dr. Ojen Masrour is the one exception. I always leave his office in a wonderful mood, even if I arrive feeling terrible. Best Dr.s office in the valley!

I have never had a Physician quite like Dr. Masrour. He is easy to talk to, and very easy to make an appointment with. He sat down with me, and explained all my options for medications. He always wants to know how I am doing, and gives me great advice on lifestyle choices. Unlike some other physicians that I have had, he never is too busy. My knee is feeling much better, and my IBS is under control thanks to his good choices on medications. I will give him an Excellent review, and my rating is 10+. He is, by far, the Best physician that I have ever seen.

Very friendly but very nonschallant about medical problems.You have to coax him to review problems and have tests done.He is more interested in his sales of vitamins than actual medical problems.Refused to see patient and referred her to ER that costs $250.00. Would not recommend him for the care of elderly people.

I went to him for the skin rash that no doctor even my dermatologist could cure. He had the right diagnoses and gave me the right medication with just one visit. I believe he is very professional and knowledgable. I will go to him even though he is not in my insurance network.
