Dr. Duncan is a fine doctor. However She employs one of the worst receptionists I have ever met. The woman is rude, incompetent, and has no skills whatsoever. Her first words upon entering the office were "wait a minute Im telling a horror story" (to another person). No "good morning", no "please". Patients deserve better than that!
