I have been trying to coordinate between the doctors office and the pharmacy to get diabetes test strips every day for 9 days (less the weekend, of course). Today it is literally impossible to reach the office by phone. After a 5-10 minute wait on hold, it disconnects, again and again. Do you people want me to die? If that isnt enough, I tried to contact the managing office via internet and it comes up as an error. It couldnt be any worse. 3/16/2017

Fast and friendly. Front desk persons are always plesant. The nurses are always smiling. The doctors are attentive and actually listen to what you have to say. I moved my whole family to this clinic for primary care and its the first place we go for urgent care.

Terrible customer experience. They cancelled my appointment on me 1 hr before it was supposed to happen. If I cancelled on such short notice Im sure theyd charge me money. The weather wasnt even that bad and they cancelled their appointments. Sad!
