The experience with Dr.Griffin was distasteful, embarrassing and painfully reflective of a trending, disjointed relationship between medical professionals and individual patient needs. Lack of empathy, misdirection and a seeming deafness to self-evaluative information and concerns led to frustration and dispiriting delays. Limited hours of availability, weeks of ignored calls and messages and a generally disorganized operation are only a few of the practical reasons to avoid this clinic. Combine the sub-standard business procedures and practices with a physician completely out of touch with the modern patient and it becomes strikingly evident that considering alternative clinics is both equitable and sane. (As a disclaimer, I was not a patient in this office but was part of the office experience while attending the appointments of my significant other; a patient in this office)

I am VERY surprised by the review from Mr Reynolds. I have been under the care of Dr. Griffin since 1985! I was 12 years old at that time. He has NEVER made me question his professionalism! In fact, I prefer when I am able to joke with him because when he gets super serious with me...its usually because my Lupus is flaring up and hes trying to find a solution to kick it back into remission. Dr.Griffin is a gift from God as far as I am concerned! :-)

10101 SE Main Street Suite 2001 Portland, Oregon 97216 Small office with one full time staff and the doctor. Hard to get a hold of at first but worth the care and attention. Very different then large medical plaza offices
