I Took My Elderly Mother to See Dr. Duggal on Strong Suspicion of Alzhiemer`s Disease. He Ordered MRI, it Showed Brain Atrophy, & ALL Typical Signs of AD -According to Report. He LIED to HER - TOLD her Everthing was NORMAL, HIs Nurse was Shocked when I Told Her (Months later when I Got ahold of the Report) Needed Referal to Neurologist - He Refused. At first we Thought it was just a STUPID Accident, But ---- His Friends are Being Investigated by FBI - for Altering an MRI image of Another Patient (attempted Homocide, Records & Billing Fraud). My Mother Would have Been a Direct Wittness to some of these Crimes, Potentially Putting some of Mr. Duggal`s friends in Prison. (We Did not Know at Time they Were his friends). Either Way Mr. Duggals "treatment " of my Mother has Resulted in Virtually NO Chance of Recovery for Her.

Dr Duggal seems highly intelligent and educated, but could be (or try to have the outward appearance of) more personable/caring/better bedside manner etc. On numerous occasions he appears not to be listening when I am explaining my current issue/symptom/situation, and is more at ease asking about and providing medication refills. I know this is a dream situation for many patients, but I would prefer to get to the root of a problem and not just mask it with medications if at all possible. As a person with a pain-producing disease, I feel a little caught between a rock and a hard place because of the number of doctors who are unwilling to give any pain treatment at all, and this doctor who only wants to give pain pills and seemingly nothing else...

This Dr. is not honest when it comes to billing. He tells you one thing and then charges your insurance an obsurd amount of money. This is what I consider to be outrageous and insurance fraud! BEWARE
