I originally liked my Dr here, but she relocated to Bend so I transferred to a different one. I hyperextended my elbow almost 4 weeks ago and was able to get in to see an NP the next day and she had an x-ray done and said shed let me know the results. 2 days later and nothing. I called and the receptionist said the results were in but the person who could tell me the results wasnt available so shed have them call me. No one called. The next afternoon I called again and the receptionist said the Dr. had looked at them so she could tell me there was no break and that was it. Now, almost 3 weeks later, my elbow hurts just as much so I called them again and the receptionist didnt want to schedule an appt with my Dr, she said she would have someone call me. They didnt call me until the next evening and all they did was say that they would talk to my Dr and get back to me. That was 2 days ago. Im obviously now looking for a new PCP.

EXCELLENT My great, wise, kind, human-being primary care Doc for many years, Dr Peter Lyon, retired and I was fobbed off on some guy I never heard of who was new to the clinic. I was going to switch to another guy I knew there, but he wasnt taking any new patients so I was stuck going to this new whippersnapper Dr Weingarten. To my surprise, he is a great doctor. In health journals, Im often the one in the "Dont Let THIS Happen To YOU" column, and he takes the effort and has the smarts to know what do do. Aided by his long-suffering, and personable brainiac assistant Amy, they have kept me going when others would have been wise to bail. I appreciate them. The office staff is uncharacteristically friendly, caring and pleasant to deal with. The billing dept has never made a mistake on any of my stacks of bills. Plus Doc W is ALWAYS on time. No waiting a hour for a 2 minute visit!

Dr Michael Moore is hands down the best primary care physician I have EVER had. He is knowledgeable, professional and always makes you feel like you are the only thing he has to do his entire day. Never ever makes me feel rushed at an appointment. I have had other Drs who you could tell was not very interested in what you had to say and you could tell was rushed to get to the next patient, Dr Moore has never once done this. I will be a patient of Westside Internal Medicine forever and will have Dr Moore for as long as he continues to practice. My entire family uses him as well, thats how good he is!

Connie Cummings

Dr. Brenda Murphy is the best doctor I have ever had! She is caring, but firm and wants the best health for her patients. I love that she is a working mom but takes care of her own health as a model to her patients. This practice also received a grant to help people with their weight loss and health and takes an active interest. I love this practice! They are conveniently located at St. Vincents Hospital where you can take advantage of their "My Little Waiting Room" for child care and also easy parking and great facilities.

I have been seeing Dr. Brenda Murphy for the past several years. She is a wonderful caring doctor. She is able to make accurate diagnoses fairly quickly and has always been on top of all of my medications and problems. Her assistant Sherry is extremely capable and caring as well. Between the two of them they make a great team.

I have been seeing Dr. Brenda Murphy for almost two years and LOVE her! She is always able to see me in a timely fashion, listens to my needs and concerns, and is very knowledgeable. I know that I am being very well taken care of. Dr. Murphy has excellent bedside manner. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!

I love Dr. Murphy! She is so knowledgable and treats my parents as well as myself. My mom describes her as a walking encyclopedia. She can answer any question with a thorough explanation. I completely trust her judgements and cant imagine a more well-informed doctor!
