Franciscan is not the same.... they treat u poorly if u have a mental disability. We have filed complaints due to the people whom take the calls to fill our prescriptions or make appts never seem to get it right. My kids go day without meds because they dont send the request back or they say they didnt get it. Come on now I have proof in my phone of calls . When u try to file a complaint to clinic manager they act like your the liar and their desk clerks do no wrong. Oh if u miss a appt then u have started a pattern they tell you. I was not able to get out of work for my appt but I should be terminated because I started a pattern. Thanks for taking care of your 6 patients of 16yrs and treated them poorly. U just lost us due to your poor service skills. It will be sad to say goodbye to Brian berry and Andrea Delong but your clinic staff is poor and needs improvement

Ive been bringing my son here since he was born. Dr. Overstreet has been awesome with him, very flexible and sweet. The girls at the desk are so nice, they are ready to help and work around your schedule. I have never had to wait more than 2 minutes to be seen, love them all!
