I would NOT recommend this doctor. He rushed through our appointment and was not thorough. I came in complaining of ear pressure. I was given audio tests (by another very kind individual, not the md). When he saw that the audio test was fine, he sent me on my way. No suggestions of other routes of investigation, nothing! It was only because I glanced at a poster on the wall that I thought to ask if this condition could be related to jaw pain, and he said "a matter of fact yes" on his way out. I had to go home and do my own investigation to learn about the relationship of posture to jaw and ear issues. You would think a head and neck doctor would mention that, knowing that nothing is wrong with my hearing but I am still suffering. This was a waste of time and money, and very frustrating.

I was extremely impressed with Rosio the receptionist at this location. She went above and beyond for me. Dr Stefan was an amazing Doctor who really explained to me in laymans terms what was going on. I would recommend anyone to go here. Thank you to the wonderful staff and to the awesome Doctor!
