Doctors dont diagnose or mis diagnose frequently.It took them a year to figure out that I had carpal tunnel.I can site other instances of disapointment as recently as this month.They dont know your name and dont take the time to review your chart before your visit.Want to feel like a number?Then south tabor is the place for you.Simple procedure with scissors to cut off skin tag on my shoulder was billed at 160 dollars (for less than 3 second job and a band aid).I am ashamed of myself for not having changed after 4 years of let downs.The truth is,the staff are great and the facility is very nice and clean.But the advice nurse is cranky on the phone and every time I talk to someone or have a tiny question,they want to book me for another waste of time appointment and bill my insurance again.Why cant I expect a written diagnosis and action plan from my doctor at the end of each visit?Why cant they remember to review and follow up on my last visit.Why cant I get results and feel better.Why cant they provide me with a reference to another doctor if they are not able or capable of treating my injury?Why cant they understand that a pain ranking of 9 is severe and it requires treatment?The people that give this clinic 5 star reviews have forgotten what a family doctor is and what it means to be treated with care and genuine concern.Or maybe they just had a hangnail.I really think they overbook the clinic and my Doctor is always in a rush to see his next patient.I have tried 3 doctors at this clinic.Crover is probably the best of them. I really wish health care in America was respectable again.Find a different place if you can. Sorry.

Ive had really disappointing experiences through this specific clinic on numerous occasions. In 2017balone, Ive attempted 3 visits to see Dr Rhonda to NO AVAIL. Ive arrived early and still will end up waiting 40 minutes before someone finally speaks up. Which leads me to the second part, the receptionists. Theyve consistently overbooked or cancelled my appointment without even leaving a voicemail. Shauna is extremely unprofessional and will talk over you because "she cares" which clearly she doesnt otherwise she would listen to a patients concern. Lastly, Meagan Jeffers(Jeffords?) didnt even bother to try to reschedule a visit or provide a positive insight on anything I asked. Im floored by the unprofessional behavior at a doctors office. A patient should feel safe and secure, and I have never felt good coming here. If youre new to this office be hesitant on your visit because after consistently coming here for 3 years I still dont have anything good to say about this clinic. I would stay away!!

I brought my son to have his very first check up 2 years ago and immediately fell in love. Soon after I became a patient as well. Its very rare to find physicians who treat you with respect and who are willing to listen to you. The beauty of the practice having 12 physicians is that you are able to find the right provider for you! The hours are amazing, they have triage nurses and a doctor on call after business hours 7 days a week! If youre looking for a compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable practice who takes your health seriously then please dont pass this place up! They changed my life and taught me to value my health- mind body and soul.

Today I left the doctors office with relief! I went in for an issue that was causing me so much pain that I was crying for 3 days straight (and Ive been dealing with chronic pain for 10+ years so I have a high pain threshold) not only did Doctor Nathaneal Douglas, MD identify my issue he was so helpful in treating it! Ive never once left a doctors office with instant relief until today! Thank you so much S Tabor physicians Im so happy I saw you guys today!

I met with Dr. White today for the first time and he was amazing. He listened and was very knowledgeable about my issue. I am waiting for a hip replacement and could not find any. Dr. In the Portland area that would deal with the pain presurgery... He agreed to do it.. He seems very concerned about his patients and I totally trust him with my health.

There a few great doctors here but the office staff is rude and incompetent. They sent the bill to the wrong insurance company 3 seperate times, failed to send an urgent MRI refferal, and are rude and lie on the phone when you call. I have talked to several people at the office and they all blame eachother for the mistakes - pathetic.

I have been coming here for more than a decade. Have occasionally seen other providers when mine was out and they have all been fantastic. Wait times have been reliably short and the staff is hugely professional and competent. Also a major plus: the place is very clean - important when youre dealing with a medical facility.

Horrible. Ive seen them multiple times, can never get through to the desk and when I did, I was told they cant see me anymore because they no longer accept my insurance which is BS. They need to accept a wider range of insurance so patients in need can actually be seen.

Dr. Reese is a rare gem. Hes kind and informative and makes you feel like you are a person not just a payment for work. He explains things and takes the time out to listen to you. Very happy to have found him. :) Also the office is clean and open 7 days a week!
