I went to indigo urgent care because I suspected my daughter had an outbreak of pink eye. I was greeted promptly, checked in quickly and seen within a very short period of time (maybe 15 minutes). My daughter, who is only 20months old, was scared, crying and very unhappy. Everyone was so nice! They offered her crackers, a sucker, stickers, and water. Its difficult to have a sick, screaming, unhappy little one and every staff member there made my experience comfortable and amazing and that made everything more comfortable for my daughter. I am so grateful for this type of experience and customer service. The facility was also extremely clean. The doctors were kind and patient and had us in and out of there quickly. All of our needs were met. I would recommend this location and urgent care to everyone and will definitely go back if need be.

I drove here from Lakewoods urgent care because the check in lady referred me as the wait was 3-4 hours. I just wanted to be treated and decided to come. The visit seemed nice until Nurse Christina or came in. Not the nicest lady. I told her that my job had no part in my wrist injury and mentioned that I noticed it at work but that it was an effect of my recent workouts. She was all too happy to send the doctor in to send me elsewhere for my own benefit all the while talking about her own liscence being threatened if she saw me with a work related injury. I call it BS. They didnt want to see me for whatever reason and took advantage of the word work. I will not be going again. Maybe their usually not busy for a reason. Not happy Im driving to wait at another facility for the third time. Im sure they could care less.

I go here whenever my kids need care. All the drs are great. Id like to thank dr. Stuart for being a good Dr. And a patient man. One time we were in need of Xrays and he patiently waited past the closing time for our results. Thank you to Brittany Connolly as well she is great with kids. Any time we arrive we get checked in and seen promptly. For us personally the wait has never been more than a half hour. Compared to the very long hours at "urgent care" sites, this is nothing. . If its not an dire emergency, and our primary care office is closed, we always come here. Because of their fast wait times, I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thanks indigo providers and staff

Brittany Connolly, ARNP deserves the 5 stars. Call me partial because I am an employee but I wouldnt rate anyone else 5 stars who didnt take the absolute best care of my kids. My daughter fell yesterday so of course I brought her right to the office and Brittany saw her promptly and ended up saving me a trip to Mary Bridge to deal with unfamiliar providers. She ended up having nurse maids elbow and Brittany had her home jumping on her trampoline within an hour. She has a pediatrician but I would choose to bring her to Brittany before them any day!

Great experience! I was having difficulty on a Sunday and my wife suggested that we go to the Indigo Urgent Care near TCC . The staff was attentive, efficient, and helpful. We were very impressed. Often in healthcare, the patient is treated like a piece of livestock that is shuttled through chutes, treated, and then sent back to the pasture. This operation is clearly concerned about providing exemplary customer service, to the point that I received a follow-up phone call asking how I was doing. Bravo! Keep it up!

The nurse and doctor were extremely kind but front desk was unknowledgable and upon calling back for some follow up the woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude saying maybe you should see your primary care doctor if you need follow up and clarification. I had to repeat myself that I was simply trying to make sure the results of the strep test hadnt come back positive Bc my daughters symptoms continued. She was rude again. Wont be going back which is too bad bacause it was clean and doctor was kind!

Theres ways to tell people how it is without being arrogant and rude. Dr. Britney was extremely rude to me and humiliated me along with another male doctor. They made me feel as if my concern for my childs ongoing rash was nothing and I was dumb for going into urgent care. They basically told me I was wrong and to leave. Never been discriminated like that in a medical professional building before. I ran out in tears from how ugly I was spoken too. Never going there again.

Got me in and out quick! Did nothing for me but collect my money and lie to me but on the bright side they did it very quickly. Dr Told me call in two days if I was not feeling better and no worries they would call in a script. Ha jokes on me she does not work at that time and nobody else feels comfortable with calling something in without another copay. So much for convenience. Would have been faster to wait till the next day to see my primary care Dr.

I have a nasty cold that was aggravating my asthma, so I came in between my classes at TCC to get a refill on my inhaler. The service was prompt, and the clinic itself is clean and welcoming. I received my prescription and was given a much-needed nebulizer treatment. I came out feeling almost normal and ready to tackle the rest of my day. I cannot thank the staff enough for how kindly they treated me today.

Horrible wait time. There were many people with only one provider. I was told 30 minutes and waited close to 2 hrs. Front office people just standing around talking. No urgency to move patients. Super clean and modern looking facility, but aweful service. They need to have a better system to tell you when you will be seen. I went to a urgent care in another state that listed wait times on screens.

New clean facility, however it is a multicare office so dont expect real medical care. Their business flow is get the copay, put the patient in the room have the "doctor" come in say its a virus and take some Motrin. Have yet to know anyone who was prescribed antibiotics from a multicare facility. I only went because I thought it was indigo with no multicare association.

Best stitches Ive received yet! I called ahead and they took me back to the exam room as soon as I walked in while my wife did the check in paperwork. I got 3 stitches and was back out the door in 40 minutes! I thought it was going to take hours. Dr. Ho was very kind and through and all of the staff there were great. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I have been there several times for myself and my grandson. The staff is caring and the environment is soothing. The last time I went there The stadf determined I had a medical emergency and the doctor quickly examined me and summoned an ambulance and I went to the hospital. Their quick action alleviated my situation in a timely manner.

Indigo at James Center in Tacoma was nice and clean which is to be expected considering theyre so new. The staff was helpful and sincere. Overall visit time took less than a half an hour. Quick yet dedicated without sacrificing care. They even called 2 days later to follow up on my treatment and how I was feeling!
