Dr. Grenda and his staff are absolutely amazing. I am extremely active kickboxing and running and crosstraining, and suffer from Chrohn’s disease, so my joints often hurt. Dr. Grenda is a life saver, and his staff are always extremely accommodating and make you feel completely comfortable. I sprained my ankle around September of last year; despite resting it for 8 weeks, I was in horrendous pain. By November, my aunt had invited me on a trip to do a 10k race with her, with 3 days notice… I scrambled to find a chiropractor, and found New Life Medical on Living Social. Since the voucher included various separate services for new patients – x-rays, consult/diagnosis, adjustment, and massage – it was supposed to be done over 3 appointments. I explained I was in a rush, since I was going out of town for a 10k, and they fit in ALL services on the very next day. Dr. Grenda showed me exactly what was wrong on my x-rays prior to adjusting me; it was great to actually receive an explanation and see a black and white photo, rather than hear medical gibberish. The relief was instant! About a month ago, I threw out my back and neck working out. The pain became yet worse when I recently got an office job, and now spend several hours daily seated. I saw Dr. Grenda this morning, and once again, instant pain relief. I’ve had to sit for all day today at work – with absolutely NO pain. Every time I have joint pain come creeping back, a quick visit for an adjustment provide instant relief, that even prescription pain killers can not. If you are hesitant, do yourself a favor and just CALL and make the appointment! My schedule is crazy, and the office staff is always able to find a spot for me. The office is immaculately clean, and looks/feels more like a spa than a cold medical office. Dr. Grenda is a miracle worker, and his staff make you feel like family. They have amazing specials for new patients, and patients without insurance. You owe it to yourself to be pain-free!

I’m so grateful that several of my co-workers referred me to Dr. Grenda at New Health Medical! I was experiencing both numbness and pain in my right leg. I could barely walk from my car to my desk at work. I was very hesitant about seeing a chiropractor, but my co-workers assured me that Dr. Grenda would be able to help. They all said he is amazing, and they were right. First of all, I was greeted by the very friendly office staff which, to me, was a good sign. Dr. Grenda was able to see me pretty quickly. He took x-rays and was able to diagnose the issue. Then, because I was in so much pain, he made adjustments during my first visit. I was surprised and very pleased that after this first appointment, I was able to walk slowly all the way from my car to my desk! Now, after a few weeks of adjustments and physical therapy, I feel so much better – and stronger. People at work are AMAZED that I am no longer limping around the building after just a few weeks of treatment. I guess you could say that I’m a walking advertisement for Dr. Grenda and New Health Medical.

Hello My Name is Genna Sanchez, and I have been having on going pain in my shoulder and arm for sometime. I have to say once I decided to do something about it, the pain has merely disappeared. Thanks to the wonderful adjustments i have been receiving from New Health Medical i have been able to sleep better and perform better at work. I have been a patient of Dr.Grendas for the last five years. I have been to many chiropractors over the last eleven years, but he has been the best by far. I have multiple concurrent conditions which create a great deal of chronic pain and Dr.Grenda has been the only one to help me manage it and keep a normal life. Five (5) Stars are not enough! From a scale of 1 to 10 I rate Dr Grenda a 10! My son and his girlfriend highly recommended Dr Grenda to me and they both encouraged me to schedule an appointment with him. I am sorry I didnt do it sooner. I was having immense pain in my right knee and the day he did my first adjustments I was pain free in my knee and it has been several weeks without the pain coming back.
