I love to smile but have always been a bit self-conscious about my front teeth. Due to a childhood accident, I injured my two front teeth and they have always been dark. I had two front crowns placed by a dentist when I was young but was not happy with my smile. When I met Dr. Sonny Lim, he completely restored my smile and my confidence. Dr. Lim is a skillful dentist. He is not only meticulous but fast and light-handed. I did not feel any pain during the procedure and actually fell asleep. His competent team, led by the office Manager Cindy, is very professional, kind and caring. They thoroughly answered all of my questions regarding the restoration of my front teeth and I felt that they genuinely cared about me and the health of my teeth. They also have the latest technology where they can detect and prevent problems before they turn into dental emergencies. For example, Dr. Lim was able to find several small cavities in my mouth with the help of the digital x rays and intra-oral photos. If you are looking for a great dentist and an awesome team, go to SpringLake Dental. You will never have to search for another dentist again.

Springlake Dental has given me a great dental experience in everything from cleaning to replacing filings and I will continue to go back there for as long as I am in the area. Springlake Dental was first recommended to me as a UC Davis student looking to take advantage of my SHIP (Student Health Insurance Plan) coverage, since I needed a cleaning visit anyways. Im so glad that the insurance advisor pointed me in their direction, as I have gotten some of the best dental care at this office! All of the staff members are extremely friendly and professional, plus they answer all of my questions regardless of relevance. On my first visit, I brought all of my home dental pastes, rinses and gear in to the office and my hygienist kindly looked over each piece and provided her own insight and advice as a dental professional. Also, during procedures, they made sure to describe every step they took and provide me with plenty of opportunities to communicate discomfort or anything else. I highly recommend scheduling a visit!

From the moment I opened the door I was greeted with a welcoming smile and a caring staff. As I progressed into the experience I was met with incredible kindness, gentleness and expert dental work from Dr. Lim, who was incredibly patient with me. He didnt let me leave the office without being completely satisfied. This dental office has been the absolute best dental experience I have ever had. This place is the only dentist I will recommend. I had a issue with a wisdom tooth and Spring Lake got me in and saw me quickly. As another UCD student, I also recommend this place. My gums and teeth were not in the best shape when I started coming here. Now after some deep cleaning, frequent visits with the hygienist, two crowns and a painless root canal, my mouth is in better health.
