Terrible place, want to make money off unnecessary procedures. Dont return phone calls, and one person at Front desk was nice, the other very very rude. Went for a cleaning and was told I might need a Root Scaling (Deep Cleaning) but I would need a Laser Periodontal Therapy (LPT) with that for an extra $400.00. Went home and researched LPT like the Hygienist told me too and found there is no benefit to it, other then making money for the Dentist. Called the Office back and said I just want the Deep Cleaning without the Laser and the person on the phone said you have to do both, thats what the Dentist said you need, and then I asked for the Dentist or Hygienist to call me back to discuss. (Its been a week and still no call back). I called the office again and asked if I could just have a regular cleaning then and they said no, you have to have the deep cleaning first because thats what the Dentist ordered for you. So, since Im not willing to pay $400.00 out of pocket for an unnecessary Laser procedure, they essentially arent going to do anything for me. Switching Dentist ASAP, they only want to make extra money at your expense. And I dont want a Dentist that doesnt even return phone calls when I have a question about a procedure.

Scamming dentist. Went in for exam and cleaning and they only had time for the exam and said the earliest they could get me in for a cleaning was a month later. I opted for a new dentist but found out from the new dentist that cozy dental charged my insurance for the cleaning already. I called cozy and they said they would pay my insurance company back. 6 months later and Im due for my next cleaning at Wackford Dental. This is when I find out that cozy never paid my insurance company back and my portion would be $105. When I called cozy about it they said they would need to verify that I didnt get the cleaning. Oh ya, they also found a lot of issues with my teeth that Wackford Dental couldnt find and said my teeth look great. I would stay far away from these scam artist!

if it wasnt for Missi fixing my gums, lazer cleans & Dr R and tanisha I never would have done the amazing make over on my teeth and mouth. They gave me the hope and knowledge I needed to make the right decion. the only problem I have now is my jaw hurts from smiling so much showing off my Art work smile of Dr. R. I havent smiled like this for 10 years and thanks to your amazing office I will not only refer all my friends and family but carry cards with me to share with anyone that complients my smile and beautiful teeth......your office is the best but without the amazing Dr and assitants you would have just a dental office......your crew are so perfect together and for your patients. thanks for a new life. Staff and hygienists are super friendly 5 stars for them. The dentist I had was terrible. He said I needed a ton of work done. And on one cavity filling he cut the side of my cheek and god knows what else because my mouth was extremely, extremely sore for several days. Because Ive never had such a careless dentist, I went back to my old dentist. And that ton of work that I needed* done? My old dentist told me that it wasnt true. Theres only 1 near-cavity that we need to monitor because its on the side of the tooth. Theres more risk in filling it than in leaving it be. Im so glad the mediocre dentist at Cozy didnt touch it, or else Id be facing a root canal.

I was treated very well from the second I walked in. The assistant took care of m x-rays, then I met the dentist who was friendly and informative. My treatment was explained to me, my tooth that needed a crown was put up on the screen for me to see. Once we got started the dentist made my tooth in the office and glued it on right there! I didnt have to go back or have a temporary. No impression either. He used a new technology with a camera to make the tooth. Its calle CEREC and is so convenient. From what he tells me it also better for my tooth overall and doesnt have metal in it.

The people here are very nice and make you feel comfortable if your like me and do not like going to a dentist. They tell you everything that there doing and have TVs with headphones that you can use while your being worked on to make you more comfortable. All the dentist are very knowledgeable and gentle and the dental hygienist is the best Ive ever had. Will definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a dentist.

Being an existing patient there already. I find it very hard to get back in as an emergency just for an adjustment because the filing on the tooth is a bit high and there is an overhang when I floss. I also paid in cash for a cleaning and did not even get a light scaling cleaning instead just a few scrap here and there. I would not recommend it to any of my family or friends at all.

I love, love, love Cozy Dental. I broke a crown and they got me in the same day and Dr. R. made it the same day!! It was terrific and easy and Im so happy. It had been bugging me for awhile. The office is clean and cheerful and all the staff are friendly and professional. Id highly recommend Cozy Dental to anyone who is looking for a new dentist!

I just love the staff at Cozy Dental...So professional and caring...I called because my daughter had a terrible tooth ache and abcess they got her right in for an appointment and too such good care of her. Dr. Holina is wonderful...Thanks Cozy Dental for making our first visit as comfortable as possible.

The staff was friendly and knowledgable, the dentist did not push any optional work to be done like a lot of dentist do! I like the fact that the dentist communicated with his staff as well as me and said that he didnt want to disturb things with my health, unless absolutely necessary.

The best dental group Ive ever been to. They always get you right in. The dentist (Dr. R) is fantastic...explains everything and has always does excellent work on me!! Absolutely love the hygienists...she always does a great job and I always feel welcome

Absolutely wonderful experience. Not once have I ever had to wait when I had an appointment.The hygienist is wonderful, she always, always does a wonderful job and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Period.
