Everyone hates the dentist. Or so I thought. My experience here was actually a positive one. After calling several offices, I found Aava dental through my dental insurance. I was able to get in for an appointment the next day! Once in the office, the staff made me feel welcome. They were sooo friendly and got to know me and built a relationship with me. They were very accommodating for my future appointments. The dentist was gentle, gave me breaks so I can shut my mouth and he didnt ask me questions while working on my mouth! (A big plus for me, because I would rather not talk when hands and tools are in my mouth) Now I would like to note that I have been cursed with bad teeth. Almost every time I go to the dentist, it costs a fortune. And now that I am moved out of the house, I am responsible for paying my own bills (sad day). the dentist told me all the work I was going to need, I cringed at the thought of how much it would cost. (And no he was not scamming me into things I didnt need, it was expected considering how long it had been since Id been to the dentist and how my dental history has been) After he told me what needed to be done, the office manager came in and went over the prices of the procedures, how much insurance would cover, etc. WOW. My mind was blown. It was at a fraction of what I thought it was going to cost. To conclude, the staff was friendly and efficient, the dentist was knowledgeable and gentle and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family!

today was my first visit and I have to say I am amazed at the attention and service that I have received . I have been to well what I thought was a great dentist little did I know that I wasnt receiving the right services that I paid for sad to say but true .So I have to express I have lost a bit of my faith in dentistry. But when I called in today I spoke with Beatrice who was amazing super friendly and insurance knowledgeable. She was able to fit me in same day. When I got there she gave off this warm vibe and a great smile. Alejandro the dental assistant was amazing down to earth Made me feel very comfortable during the procedure constantly asking me if I was ok and making the process as easy as he could .The doctor none the less awesome. I am very sensitive when it comes to my teeth and I get very nervous around injections and to my surprise I felt nothing. Throughout the entire process of my cavity filling , temp crown placement, and deep clean I felt nothing truly amazed with their costomer service and dedication. Planning on coming back and bringing the hubby too.

we had a great experience with Aava dental woodlandhills,ca . We had been with my family for the general checkup.we got an appointment as per our date and time requirement. we went during long weekend time ,they told me to go for deep cleaning . They did very well, the service was very good . Even though the staff members were in busy schedule ,they treated me very calmly and friendly.I didnt feel they were doing drilling to my molars. The most critical thing was i took my 23 months old daughter , she is very attached to me , most surprisingly she got so many play stuffs and toys in the kids room, she also enjoyed a lot. The office is kids friendly and eco-friendly. As i have baby we took 2 days for cleaning itself. I recommend to all my friends to visit this place.

From the moment I walked into the office they made me feel like I have been a patient since forever. No wait time, as if they were waiting for me. The doctor -and assistants were equally as professional as amicable, very thorough in her diagnostic more so than my previous dentist. They are in a convenient, safe and very clean location. Highly recommend this dental practice for anything as simple as a routine cleaning to more advance procedures.
