Words cant even describe how happy I am that this office was suggested to us. My husband saw someone else after a car accident and it was a scar and uncomfortable experience. Then we decided we would try Sozo. We were hooked! Dr. Joe wont adjust you until he has done a proper scan and is more familiar with your situation. His adjustments are non invasive and have helped our family tremendously. Even our two year old! My husband is no longer dizzy when he lays on his back! My pregnancy has been smooth and comfortable with the help of Dr. Joe and his technique. We also love chatting with his wife Lauren who runs the front. They genuinely care about their clients. We look forward to our adjustments every week and the fantastic environment they have brought to Castle Rock. We will keep coming back again and again.

I cant say enough good things about this place. I was not someone who had a lot of pain or an injury, I was just looking for the missing piece to the puzzle. I am in very good health/shape. I was having some issues with anxiety. Also I noticed in pictures I had a slight case of forward neck posture, which isnt pretty. I think Ive been going to Dr. Joe for almost a year now and I will never discontinue. My anxiety has decreased and my posture is so much better. Also I have asthma, which I didnt mention because I didnt realize he could remedy that. I have been symptomless since Ive been seeing him. I strongly recommend Dr. Joe and his staff. They are all truly a blessing to my life.

Dr. Joe and his staff are amazing! You will always be welcomed with a friendly smile by someone who remembers your name from your first visit! Dr. Joe is well educated in whole body wellness and is eager to educate his patients. Dr. Joe takes the time to provide individualized treatment for all of his patients. Dr. Joe is not the typical chiropractor that does twisting and popping. Dr. Joe uses an integrator for a precise, much less intrusive, adjustment. My kids now enjoy getting adjusted because of Dr. Joe and this gentle method. I HIGHLY recommend Sozo Chiropractic to anyone who wants to be healed and free from chronic pain or for someone looking for overall well being!

I been going for about a year now. I have never felt better physically, but more than that mentally. I have more energy, along with better sleep and I have noticed better posture. I stopped cracking my back and neck myself and noticed that as I been going. The staff is amazing and I love Dr.Joe who is passionate and a wealth of knowledge, easy to talk with and so relational. I feel I can ask him anything and come to him with any issue mental or physical and we go into that place and figure out the root/core issues. Hes not only my Dr now but a good friend of mine and my family. We seen actual results with our kids as well. Satisfied!!!

Dr. Joe and Lauren have been a great blessing to our family for the last year. Their concern for our health and willingness to not only perform chiropractic care for our family, but their desire to educate has been an experience we have never had from a chiropractor before. I am just starting my 3rd year of treatment at Sozo Chiropractic. I started to see results within the first few months. More energy, less chronic pain and no more nightly teeth grinding. After nearly 60 years of my body accumulating the injuries and stresses of everyday life, I finally feel like my body is in a state where it can heal itself. Minor injuries that would have taken weeks to heal in the past are now only taking days. The human body is amazing if we give it the support it needs. My girls and I have been seeing Dr. Joe for 5 months now. Ive seen chiropractors for over 30 years and Im very picky about my chiropractors. I love, love, love Sozo Chiropractic. They are so gentle and caring. There are none of the harsh adjustments that make you cringe, but there are gentle and effective adjustments. Both of my daughters are excited to see Dr. Joe. They hop onto his table and have the best "table manners" for him. And more amazing, were seeing those same "table manners" translate to home! Were seeing the autism an ADHD challenges becoming much more managable!

Simply wonderful chiropractic care and wonderful staff. Id never thought about trying chiropractic care but once I had a consultation and saw my test results, I wondered why I hadnt started much earlier, especially considering I have been living with chronic headaches and high stress levels for quite a few years. Theyre really committed to becoming healthier overall and not just getting adjusted every week. Dr. Joe and his wife, Lauren are such great references if you ever have a medical question or curiosity about something. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Absolutely phenomenal!! Great customer service, and spectacular results! I had terrible back pain after having my gallbladder removed, and my body was very weak. I also suffered from anxiety and depression. Since working with Sozo, I no longer have back pain, my posture has improved DRASTICALLY, and I am almost completely off my anxiety medications!! I am extremely grateful for all they have done to help me. As a personal trainer, I recommend Sozo to all my clients as a way to fully help the body achieve health and happiness.

I love sozo! It is a great family business and atmosphere. The adjustments are not what you expect. No harsh movements or forcing your body to crack. Not scary at all :) they are helping my headaches a ton and my whole body feels more balanced. I love coming to my appointments because they are so relaxing! I always leave feeling super calm. We have been seeing Dr. Joe since my youngest was 7 days. I have never met someone so loving and caring with their patients. Having someone take care of your new born isnt always easy. They made the experience so amazing. I know am seeing Dr. Joe and in the last 2 wks I have been feeling so much better. Being able to sleep and walk with out pain is amazing!!!
