i do not recommend this office for two reasons. 1, front desk person Jan was extreemly rude on the phone and even worse in person. she was argumentative, unwilling to help and extremely condescending. more concerned to prove me wrong then understand my concerns. refused to explain charges ( i did not mind paying but i wanted to know what i was paying for) only thing she could say to me was that if it is in the computer then i must have had the service . she was a complete failure and had 0 people skills during my experience with her. 2, did not advise me of service that would not be coverd by my insurance, i payed 65% more than what my copay should have been..even though, when they first brought me back to see the doctor i was told that i could have a procedure done but it would not be covered by my insurance so i made it clear that i did not want any procedure done that would not be covered.. front desk staff, Meg, and Dr. Morris, were all amazing. meg acgually intervened when she saw how argumentative Jan was being to help me, but unfortunately my experience with Jan and failure to explain the unexpected charge overshadowed my over all experience with the practice and weighed heavy on me as i left.

I absolutely love Vision Source, the experience there has been nothing but positive for years, and hopefully many years to come. I needed a specialist for Keratoconus, and Dr. Schachet was named from his coworker, and hes been nothing but phenomenal, as with the rest of the employees. Everyone in that office is always so kind and helpful, and wonderful to talk to. This office and everyone in it legitimately care for its patients, and that is a wonderful thing to have. I highly recommend this Vision Source office to anyone looking for the best eye care in any regard, whether you just need an annual check-up or monthly examinations.

The office of Vision Source is excellent. I have had bad eyes for my entire life. When I have moved in the past it was always tough to find a good eye doctor who was patient with helping me correct my vision. Dr. A is really a fantastic doctor. She gives good counsel and really cares about the health of my eyes. The office folks are great too.

I used Dr. Grupe and he is absolutely wonderful - very knowledgable and great to work with. The staff here is also great. I have bought glasses and contacts; all the people I worked with are very good at their jobs and so helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend Vision Cource Eye Care Clinic. One of the best I have ever been to.

They are professional, prompt, friendly, and have a wonderful office staff. We moved across town a couple of years ago, but still make the drive over because the service and care are worth it.

Also, love not having to have my pupils dilated! Vision Source is an excellent office to visit for your eye care needs.

Theres a reason these guys get five stars. If youre suffering w dry eye disease, as I do, this is the place to go, the owner/eye doctor is nationally regarded on dry eye disease and the staff is very friendly.
