I have been going to Family Eyecare of Brighton for many years, as well as members of my immediate family. The staff is very professional and caring. Dr. Stennis is very knowledgeable about eye issues and eye care. She is very thorough in her examinations and takes into consideration my personal needs and what my eyes actually need. I trust her judgement. The "other side of the office" has a very wide array of eye glasses and price points in which to choose. They will recommend different frames and lens enhancements that fit anyones lifestyle but do not pressure someone to purchase these enhancements or frames. They know what insurance will cover and will keep that into consideration when speaking with the patients.. I highly recommend Family Eyecare Brighton.

My family and I have visited every eye care provider in the Brighton area over the last ten years. We now use Family Eye Care of Brighton exclusively. The reasons "why" are many and varied, but the most important reasons are: promptness of service; professional attention to detail(s); complete honoring of each warranty; no "pushy" sales pitches; over the useful life of our glasses/contacts Dr. Stennis exhibits a can-do attitude rectifying whatever problems exist -- usually caused by us -- no matter how many times problem(s) manifest themselves; the very friendliest of staffs in Brighton...and it aint a phony friendliest, either. I give Family Eye Care of Brighton a FIVE STAR PLUS rating based on personal, past experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stennis for over 10 years. The care and customer service that I have received has always been outstanding without exception. Appointment schedules are maintained and you do not wait inordinate amounts of time to see Dr. Stennis. Gil is exceptionally helpful in assisting me in selecting frames to compliment my unique coloring and face shape. He is exceedingly patient while I mull over available choices and always takes the time to ensure that I am pleased with my selection. I highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for top-notch customer service and eye care.

My husband and I have been getting our glasses at Family Eyecare of Brighton for many years. Theres not an unfriendly person there. Kellie and Gil are great at customer service and do a professional job. My husband gets the same frames every time and like to be in an out quickly. They accommodate him well! For me, its a long process to decide what frame I want. They accommodate me as well! As a matter of fact, Gil will be brutally honest and actually tell me if a frame doesnt look good on me!! In all honesty, I really appreciate that. We do and have recommended them!!

My wife and I have been going to Family Eyecare of Brighton for many years and will never go anywhere else for eye exams and glasses. Dr. Stennis runs a great clinic very professional staff. They treat everyone as friends and they remember your names when you come in to see them. I use to shoot competitive archery and had a hard time getting glasses to fit right while shooting. Gil took the time to work with me and make the adjustment needed for me to compete at the National level. We have been going to them for so long we think of them as friends. What a GREAT PLACE.

I have been going here for years as my mom did too. They were also so patient with my mom as she had Parkinsons Disease. A couple weeks ago I was having a terrible time with my eyes and my vision, which I found out was terrible allergies. I called and they got me right in the same day and Dr. Stennis took care of the problem right away. I will never go anywhere else as I love the customer service they offer. If you have any kind of problem, they take care of it immediately! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care and customer service.

I have been coming here for a few years now. What a great doctor and staff! Dr. Stennis got my prescription right where with other eye doctors it was never quite right. I have purchased glasses here as well and will never go anywhere else. These folks really care. (ps I banged my new glasses the first day I had them. I went back into the office and they fixed the lens that popped out immediately. They told me "no worries anyway b/c they were under warranty".) Wonderful experience.

When I first needed glasses, I shopped everywhere from low cost to high price eye wear stores looking for the right fit for me. Then Kellie opened up in Brighton and I found the place. The exams are easy, helpful and friendly. But the fun really starts when Gil and his staff gets you to their side for filling the prescription. The frame choices are amazing and the quality of the products are worth every penny or maybe I should say dollar spent. You cant miss at Family Eyecare.

I live in Thornton and there are many places much more convenient, I would not consider any of them. The entire staff at Family eyecare make you feel warm and welcome. To find a company that actually cares about you, your health and family is pretty rare these days. My first visit was years ago and I have felt part of their family since. Their service, personnel and inventory far exceeded my expectations. You guys rock.

Money hungry. Treats patients like an open check book Wanted to get a contact prescription after paying $150 for two fittings, I was told that I needed to pay another $75 for a fitting just to be sure since it had been 5 months prior. $225 total, with nothing to show for it. Id expect this from a large corporate optical clinic, but not one with the doctors name on the door. Take your family elsewhere.

With the exception of 1 year, I have been going to Family Eyecare for 18 years! Dr. Stennis, Gil, Ray and the front office experts make going to the eye doctor a breeze, and its always a warm environment. It definitely has a small town feel and they genuinely care about their customers as if they were their family! Two thumbs up!
