Abysmal customer service! They advertise that walk-ins are accepted and after getting no response to two phone messages requesting an appointment change, I called and was told a walk-in would result in about a 30 minute wait. When I got there, that changed to 60-90 minutes. As my daughter was shopping for glasses anyway, I decided to wait. Many people came in and were quoted 30 - 60 minutes -- it is all a lie! If they are booked with appointments, the walk-ins are only accepted to fill in if someone does not show up. That would be fine if they told you -- but you are led to believe that their scheduling is built to accommodate walk-ins. After almost 90 minute I left, but they were still quoting people 30 -60 minutes. They never even made an attempt to let me know the wait was just getting longer - only when I asked was I told that scheduled appointments were checking in and that was just pushing me down the list -- why take walk-ins if you are full??? Further, they did not care when I told them I was no longer waiting and they could cancel my future appointment. They have just lost 3 patients (plus anyone I can tell to avoid that office) and LensCrafters ends up losing 3 customers. A little customer service and attentiveness would have gone a long way -- as would not misleading patients.

I would highly recommend this office. They were able to see me as a walk-in in a timely manner. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and very professional. Dr. Simonson was very thorough and took the time to explain what my options were. I had a wonderful experience and definitely will be returning next year.

The front desk staff was very helpful they helped find my insurance when I had no idea who it was. Dr. Derby was WONDERFUL! She took the time to explain everything to me and actually got me back in contacts!! The only reason its a four was because I had to wait awhile to get help with my glasses.

The doctor was amazing and really took the time to make sure I had the right prescription. The staff were also super helpful and my glasses were ready in less than an hour. I will definitely come back.

I have been using this doctor and his associates for years. Always competent, always prompt. Everyone in the office is friendly. Never a charge for a do over if I need a prescription rechecked.
