Dr. Crampton is someone who exemplifies having a calling as well as captivating others into finding theirs, but first realizing nothing is possible without health. I initially just wanted relief and a kind, capable face to accompany it. Dr. Crampton explained how my pain was linked to my habits and acculturated lifestyle. She was not forceful or (as some may know if one has frequented chiropractors) suddenly on a soapbox of the marvels of subluxation to utilizing your bodys untold truths - her truth was passion for the patient and care that translated to my realization and desire with better health not just quick fixes or relief. Incredible human and doctor!

She is the first chiropractor who did a truly thorough exam, including x rays and a comprehensive medical history. For the first time since 2010 I have had pain free days and full functionality! Dr. Ashley and the whole team at Elevation Health are really great!! I was on a corrective 3 month plan which helped to correct my neck and lower back with Dr. Ashley. She was very attentive during my appts in the office and also provided helpful exercises to do at home to help my progress.
