Hello, Im a 25 yr old male, 6-1" 195 lbs, athlete, avid hiker, regular basketball, crossfitter (as of 2016), etc. I work in office setting with long hours sitting. Im writing this review for Kambietz Chiropractic in which I have been going to for 6 months now. Fall 2015 I was dealing with knee pain on the inside of my right kneecap among other issues. This pain was stemming from a more serious issue known as Patellofemoral syndrome above my knee caps. The gist of this is that I was still hiking too much with lack of regular strength training for my knees, with weak glutes and hamestrings, leading to kneecaps tracking out of place with chronic pain in my upper patella tendon connecting to my quads. Dr. Troy Ryan introduced me to this syndrome basically on my first or second visit. Through an x-ray, we could see my hip alignment was +16 mm vertically off and my lumbar spine bowed sideways because of my hip mis-alignment (not good). My left shoulder sat 25 mm higher than my right one. When I walked in to the office, I knew I had no intention to see an orthopedic surgeon first because I have heard wonderful things about chiropractic. I literally chose this office because it was close to my work office as there are many Chiropractic places around to chose from. Dr. Ryan got me on a 2x weekly visits at first for 7 weeks which I felt I stood straighter every time I left the office. I stuck with Dr. Ryans recommendations to continue adjustments once a week through February during the correction stage. This was very important as I began a regular fitness/strength training schedule in which certain little issues pop-up week to week. This gradual increase in strength training was crucial to my recovery. I knew I still needed the regular adjustments as my body was in a phase of trying to correct from years of mis-alignments so I continued. During this correction phase, I also began AIS stretching with Thomas. He does Myotherapy and Active Isolated Stretching with patients among other things. These AIS techniques for my hamstrings, it-band, glutes, and ankles has been a world changer in my warm-up/recovery regimen now. These exercises have increased mobility in my hips a ton as well as my ankles. As any athlete can attest, pain is a regular part of life we all experience especially as we get older or are recovering from injuries. If you have the resources and are dealing with an injury that doesnt sit you immediately in the MRI room, chiropractic is the way to go with a knowledgeable, systematic approach to recovery. Kambietz Chiropractic offers this and many other options for what you may need. My best advice is that doing something about your injury, health, or well-being is better than doing nothing if you are skeptical. Then if something works, stick with it. Dr. Ryans philosophy has worked for me so I am sticking with it! As someone else mentioned, the front desk staff (Rachel, Tracy, Amber) are pretty awesome and make scheduling and payments super easy.

I just want to take a little time and thank everyone at Kambeitz Chiropractic for excellent and unparalleled service. First of all I met Troy Ryan at a booth Kambeitz hosted at a 5K race I did with a friend in Denver. He was friendly, explained costs and options and did a great adjustment on me at that time. On the first visit there I was totally impressed with a battery of technology based exams and assessments giving me very important and timely information on my health and areas for improvement. This is much more than I expected and have seen with other more basic chiropractic services in the past. But beyond the professional Troy is a pleasure to deal with - he is always smiling and listening, and he likes tough questions. :) He is so gentle and careful whenever touching me during treatment. I know I am in good hands with him. Then there is Christian, one of their massage therapists. From the first massage, I realized Christian is a master of technique and infinitely knowledgeable. While I know I am getting star treatment from seemingly magic hands, he is also very fun to talk with. A real kindred spirit. Then last but not least is their reception rock star staff. Tracy, Amber and Rachael without exception and without fail have been overwhelmingly nice and caring towards me every single solitary visit. Always smiling, always right on top of my information and logistics. Many people think that reception staff are not a significant factor when picking or staying with a medical office, they are wrong. From the first moment you step in an office they absolutely set the tone. Unlike a previous physician I dealt with, who I liked, but got disregarded, ignored and mistreated by his "help", the ladies at Kambeitz front counter are EXPERTS at customer service. Like Troy they smile, they listen, and they notice what is going on, how Im feeling, what Im saying and are like the "cherry on top" of an awesome experience. There are sadly lots of people who poopoo chiropractors. This is a shame and they are missing out. I went to Kambeitz with some health challenges and thanks to all these truly caring and amazing people and their world class customer service, I am doing more than taking them on. I am succeeding. I have been a patient of Kambeitz Chiropractic for approximately four and a half years. Through my entire life Ive seen a Chiropractor. I suffered severely from neck and back tension, as well as frequent migraines. My attempt at finding pain relief was to a Neck and Spine specialist, which later was "solved" with anti-inflamitories, and no answers. Gratefully through my employers health fair, on a day I was having an intense migraine did Dr. K. and his team come into my life. I went to get the 5 minute free massage, and got an individual consultation on the spot. They could all see how much pain I was in and really, really wanted to help. I decided on going into Kambeitz Clinic shortly after the health fair. After receiving x-rays, and the scans, I now fully understood why I wasnt feeling good. We planned out an all natural strategy on how we were going to alleviate the pain. But Dr. K. doesnt want to you to just feel better. He wants you to feel great, EVERYDAY. Im a very active person, and my body is changing constantly. Whether or not I came in with pain in my neck, arm, shoulder, or knee Dr. K. and his team were there to help diminish it. I still receive maintenance treatments from Dr. K. on a bi-weekly basis. I no longer have migraines, or complain of backaches. My overall stress and tension rarely exist, and I can honestly say, I feel the best Ive EVER FELT. If you are willing to make the commitment to yourself, if you want to wake up feeling great, and you are dedicated to the health and wellness of your body... there is no other Clinic I would recommend other than Kambeitz. The entire staff is so friendly and they are really there to help you, and give you the best individual attention you deserve.

July 7, 2015 Over 2 years ago, I was experiencing back pain left from a surgical procedure. I had tried physical therapy and acupuncture with no results. Several people suggested chiropractics, but in my 75 years I had never consulted a chiropractor. Being an R.N., I was pretty skeptical. Then two people had very positive things to say about their chiropractor, and I discovered that they were both talking about Dr. Jim Kambeitz. I made an appointment but was indeed a “doubting Thomas.” I am so happy to have found Dr.Kambeitz and his clinic. My back pain is a thing of the past!! With adjustments and myo fascia massage the pain became less and less and was finally non-existent. I am a stroke survivor of 25 years, have right sided pareses, and walk with a cane. My left arm, doing double duty, was often sore and ached from overuse. Dr. Kambeitz found that this was due to nerves in my left arm and neck being inflamed. Manipulation and massage on a regular basis have resolved this symptom completely! I now go for preventive/maintenance care about once/month and am completely pain-free! In addition to being competent and effective, Dr. Kambeitz and his entire staff are caring, professional, and encouraging. I have gone from being a “doubting Thomas” to being a huge fan. I highly recommend the Kambeitz Chiropractic Health & Wellness Center to anyone who wishes to improve their health! Jean R. Buscherhof, R.N., Ph.D.
