This is the chiropractor you have dreamt of finding. Dr. Miqueli is a master at what he does, is intelligent, well read, and truly cares about the patient and their quality of life. Although I am only 23 I have been seeing multiple chiropractors for years due to my extremely active and physically demanding lifestyle. I hike, ski, backpack, rock climb, workout, and horseback ride and usually do two of those activities per day, so its safe to say I push my body to its limits. I have had lower back pain that made me unable to stand up for extended periods of time since I was 15 and Dr. Miqueli is the first person I went to that has been able to relieve me from this pain for more than a few days. I initially went to him for this issue 5 months ago, but have been seeing him regularly ever since to work on other issues that I have and new ones that come up. Because both my mom and Aunt are natural medicine practitioners and I have grown up around them, I know when I find someone who is truly intelligent, studious, and well read in the natural medicine field. I love going into the office and discussing sometimes complex medical conditions and issues with Dr. Miqueli because he is one of the few people/doctors I have come across who have such a deep and extensive understanding of the human body and the way it functions. He is fantastic at muscle testing and always has new research and information to share with me each time I come into the office. He has impressed me time and time again with his unique and effective skill set. I hurt my knee skiing so badly that I was unable to bend down and had to wear a knee brace just to walk, by the time I was done with my session with him I was able to do squats free of pain. He has helped me tremendously with finger issues I get when rock climbing and I am now able to climb 4x a week without getting swollen and achy fingers. Most recently a very large friend accidently landed on top of my back and caused me so much pain it was hard to breathe or move at all. I had a 2 week trip planned for work that I canceled just so that I could stay under the care of Dr. Miqueli while I was recovering. It takes immense trust to let someone manipulate your back after such an extreme injury, but I trusted no one but him to do it and he is helping me out tremendously with my recovery. Anyone and everyone can benefit from going in and being worked on by Dr. Miqueli, he is able to address and help to correct issues that you are having and can work on things you didn’t even realize were negatively affecting you and your mobility. I cannot recommend him enough, once you go to Dr. Miqueli you won’t even consider going to see another chiropractor. Thank you Dr. Miqueli!!

If youre not in pain when you get there, you will be when you leave. Seriously, I have some real concerns about Dr. Miqueli. He mentioned at least twice that he is only one of two people in the world to offer his type of chiropractic services (the other one is his friend/mentor in Atlanta). I now wonder if it is because the rest of the chiropractic community doesnt condone his techniques. A little background: I have enjoyed a very positive experience with another chiropractor for many years but was looking for someone closer to my work for convenience of scheduling. It took me two phone calls and an email over a three week period to simply get an appointment. Dr. Miqueli arrived 5 minutes late and only later apologized. He has no administrative staff so I waited outside a locked door. Because Dr. Miqueli is not a good listener, he was confused about the expectations for my first appointment. He had told me over the phone that his service requires an 1 1/2 -2 hour appointment for $140 which seemed excessive based upon my other experience with other chiropractors. Unfortunately, he was then short on time having only scheduled me for 1 hour. After a very cursory glance at my medical reports, he talked a lot, listened a little, and then asked if I was prepared to be "very bruised and sore" for the next day or two. Reluctantly, I said that I was and he immediately began a seriously painful "massage". Trusting his experience, I just let it happen and endured. He also (oddly) adjusted my neck despite the fact I was there for a lower back pain. His very aggressive neck adjustment caused me neck pain for a few days despite the fact that I have never suffered from any neck pain. Short story is that I will never go back and caution others. This guy is his biggest fan. Very arrogant.

Working with Dr Miqueli for the past 7 months has been an amazing experience. Not only is he fully experienced in the art of chiropractic, massage and physical therapy, he also posses an innate ability to read the body and discover the causes of the blockages and misalignments. After my first session he was able to reduce ankle swelling that I have been walking around with for 5 years. I hiked for miles for 4 days straight in Utah and did not have the swelling return. A lifetime of 28* scoliosis reduced my range of motion and ability to perform simple tasks without pain. Now the curve is almost gone! My ribs are on their way to be balanced and the feeling of constantly having a knife in my shoulder is greatly reduced. The strangest thing is my little toe. Over 30 years ago I broke it and it hasnt moved sideways since. Dr Miqueli excitedly took the challenge and now my toe actually has movement! This treatment is not for the uncommitted. If you live with pain as a constant part of your life, there is hope. Restructuring your body takes time and endurance. I cant say the treatment doesnt test my limits, but my limits now far exceed what they had been prior to treatment and the results of living pain-free are worth it. Dawn

I have gone to a number of different chiropractors over the last 30 years for treatment of a sore lower back that flares up from time to time. Dr. Miquelis process is unique compared to all the others I have gone to and I am feeling better! First, he adjusts your entire body from head to toe because all of the parts of the body are connected. When one thing is out of whack, other parts of the body react to correct it, causing other problems. While his treatments are very thorough, I have not felt afraid or apprehensive about him injuring me as I have with some other chiropractors I have visited. The doctor follows the adjustment with massage to help train the muscles to hold the new position post adjustment. Finally, Dr. Miqueli takes an interest in other areas of your life that might be contributing to your pain and offers suggestions on how to make corrections that he feels will be beneficial. For example, diet, dietary supplements, posture at work, posture at sleep and exercise routine. Give him a try!

I needed someone downtown to replace my chiropractor that moved and I was intrigued when I read the modalities that Dr. Miqueli used on his website and combining bodywork and chiropractic. I made an appointment because I was having shoulder pain that was getting worse as I’d procrastinated to the point of ridiculousness and I’m glad I finally did something about it. That pain is now gone and we are on to fixing some other structural problems with my TMJ and neck issues. While I’m still getting used to having a whole body adjustment (I am an awful patient and weird about my neck and apparently my knees too), I can’t really argue with my results in having more energy, sleeping better and improved posture once he noted how terrible it was (I work a desk job and also PC game). I’ve recommended him to people I work with as well as friends after seeing him 5 times now and am on my way to feeling like a brand new person.
