Brandon groomed my Miniature Schnauzer yesterday and I just have to say WOW! what an AMAZING experience for Mojo and I!! Mojo used to go to a PAW SPA in Littleton whom kept for 5-6 hours or average in a cage with NO WATER, NO WALKS NOTHING! He would get in the car and shake and TONS of hair would come flying off of him. He also was always STRESSED and TRAUMATIZED when coming home from there. Green Valley Ranch Pet Center was an EYE OPENER!! Brandon came out to meet us, asked about Mojos issues, if he had any and what we preferred to see as far as his cut went. He was not the long at all, above and beyond he was playing with Brandon when I came in to pick him up! Not only did he look AMAZING but he was HAPPY, I have never seen him come out ANY facility HAPPY & RELAXED in the 6 years that we have had him! I honestly cannot speak highly enough about Brandon and his connection to the pets he grooms and their owners. I have NEVER BEEN MORE PLEASED WITH A PET CENTER IN MY LIFE!! WE HAVE OUR NEW GROOMER AND ARE EXCITED TO SEE AMAZING STAFF IN THE HOSPITAL FOR FOLLOW UPS!! BEST PLACE HANDS DOWN!! I REALLY CANNOT SAY HOW THRILLED WE ARE WITH EVERYTHING THERE!! ITS WIDE OPEN WITH WINDOWS AND GLASS EVERYWHERE SO YOU ALWAYS SEE WHAT IS GOING ON, FACILITIES DO NOT DO THESE THINGS WHEN THEY ARE SUB-PAR!! TAKE YOUR PET TO BRANDON I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!! As for the previous commenter I do not know what they are talking about I brought Mojos records in and the tech updated everything RIGHT THERE WHILE I WAS CHECKING MOJO IN we went through his last 3 years of paperwork they we VERY THOROUGH and PLEASANT!!!

The grooming services here are great! Lori and Jamie have always taken good care of my dogs, Rocky and Bella. I highly recommend them if youre looking for a groomer. The veterinary services, however, are very hit and miss. I never had a moment where I was absolutely disappointed but more so confused and frustrated. My cat had surgery to remove an ugly abscess she had on her tummy. After waiting all day for them to call, I called a little before closing time and they said, "Shes ready. You can come get her." Either they had JUST finished with her when I called or she had been ready for a while and they forgot. Not sure but we picked her up and she was fine. One time, I waited in the exam room for almost an hour with no sign of anyone before I had to go up to the desk and mention it, and then it was another 10-15 before anyone came in. Odd. Lastly, the cat I mentioned earlier has another mass growing so I took her in. They were going to test the mass for cancer so they took some fluid from it and told me it would be 3-4 business days. This Friday will mark two weeks (7 business days so far) with no word from them, good or bad. The clinic is clean and the people are very nice. However, communication with the pet parents needs to be improved.

I have been searching for a vet in my area for a while now. I cant seem to find anything that comes close the vet I had in the San Luis Valley. This vet was kind, he seems to care but that is the only good thing I can say about the place. When I call the people dont have a welcoming hello its more like a, "I have to be here and I hate it." I went in because my dog has not been eating she has extensive medical issues at only two, she is a great Dane, so $300 bucks later, I know NOTHING. the blood test they took came up clean, the woman said it would take 5-10min and 45min later I was still waiting, they also took a thyroid test that had to be sent out they said it would take 3 days its been two weeks and I had to call them to figure out what was going on. And to top it off the 4 pills and a few packages of a prebiotic they gave me cost $50. This place is horrible. Do not take your pets there. They did nothing but take advantage of me. I am so disappointed to yet again be let down by these big city vets. You would think for the money they charge they could get their crap together enough to make a freaking phone call. PATHETIC. Seek out another place.

I would rate this place with no stars if it was an option. I am very unhappy with this pet center and I have not even had the chance to bring my pet here. I called them Friday evening at 5:30 pm, 30 min before they close, because my dog was having bloody diarreah and in fact was more blood than feces. I called them worried to see if I could bring to them or what I should do, the lady who answered said the doctor was with a patient but she would check with them and call back. I never got a call back from them and when I called back they were already closed. They closed at 6pm but instead of telling me hey we are going to be closing better take her some where else she tells me she will talk to doctor and call me back which was never done and she knew the bloody situation. Will never take any of my animals here if this is how they handle someone calling in with emergancy about pet.

The people at Green Valley Ranch are very nice however inept. I was new to the area so when I called I gave them all of the information they needed to get my dogs records from our previous Vet (name, number, point of contact and email address). I took a copy of the records with me when I took my dog in for a second visit only to find that they had never contacted the previous Vet. I provided them with my own copy of the records upon our arrival only to later realize based on my receipt that they had once again failed to update their records. I called to ask why they had not corrected this initial error only to be frustrated further. They were very pleasant but their poor record keeping and neglect to correct the initial mistake put their treatment of my beloved dog in question. I would not recommend them.

I paid over $900 to get my 2 cats teeth cleaned, plus some pulled that they needed. Upon bringing them home, I noticed one cat was acting strangely. I chalked it up to the medications and thought nothing of it. Fast forward to the next afternoon, when he began mewling in pain and couldnt stand up. I was panicking- thinking he had a reaction to the medication or surgery. NOPE. Turns out they left the rectal thermometer cover in his rectum. I am HORRIFIED at this negligence. If I cant trust them to take my cats vitals correctly, how can I trust them to do anything? What if the plastic cover had gone inside and blocked him up? My cat was immediately better when I gently removed it; the pain was caused by neglect of staff, not surgery. I will NEVER use this place again.
