I have so many things to say about this vet. We brought in our dog that had ingested some ibprophin. They led us to an exam room, took vitals, led her to the back and came out with a quote a few minutes later. Lucky for us we have high enough limits on our credit cards to pay but I cant imagine the pressure someone who doesnt have the financial ability to pay up front goes through. Its disgusting that they would put you through that when your family member is dying. She was admitted for 24 hours. Two blood tests were done and they were reluctant to email them to us for review by our regular vet. After they gave us the blood work and status of our dog they tried to get us to keep her there another day. Our vet had no hesitation in advising that wasnt necessary at all. They just wanted more money from someone who obviously doesnt have much. Dr Castle was unhelpful, indecisive, rude, and uncomfortable to be around. When we were checking out the secretary couldnt read, the word "only" was spelled wrong on my paperwork, and doctor couldnt be bothered to bring my dog out, despite there not being another patient in the entire building. My dog, led by who I believe was a nurse and was covered in urine. This place is a poor excuse for a hospital. Have a plan in place to bring your pet elsewhere.

Well worth the price and piece of mind. My 4lb chiweenie got a bad laceration last week. Thought it was probably a cat attack while she was roaming our backyard. Im a budget conscious mom of 2 and though this cut looked gnarly (2.5 inches or so) I thought Id let it play out. Not a lot of blood, clean cut, she didnt seem to be in pain, was eating well and had plenty of energy. Thought I could handle it on my own. Bad judgement on my part in hindsight because I could have just gotten a consultation for about $50 just to see what could be done. 6 days later the wound wasnt healing and I was up nights worrying that my baby dog might not recover at all for my lack of judgement. Brought her in and the staff were very professional. I knew Id left it a bit long but they were very solution oriented and got right to a plan for fixing her up. I felt the pricing was very fair considering all the heartache and worry our whole family had endured watching our little dog be in pain. I highly recommend their services and am so thankful I trusted their expertise to care for my little fur baby.

****BEAWARE**** AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY AND ALL COST THERE ARE MUCH BETTER EMERGENCY VET OFFICES IN GREELEY AREA THESE PEOPLE ARE IN IT FOR THE MONEY. TO PERFORM AN EMERGENCY SURGERY ON AN ANIMAL AND LEAVE THE ORGANS INISDE THAT THEY AGREED TO TAKE OUT IS NOT ONLY UNACCEPTABLE BUT IS PROOF OF ANIMAL NEGLIGENCE! AS THE OWNER OF THE FACILITY YOU SHOULD UTTERLY EMBARRASSED YOU RUN A FACILITY WHERE YOU PROHIBIT THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS! TO CHARGE ME 4000 FOR AN EMERGENCY SURGERY LEAVE PARTS INSIDE MY ANIMAL THEN RECHARGE ME TO FIX YOUR MISTAKE IN WHICH MADE MY ANIMAL SUFFER FOR A YEAR?!?! WRONG IM NOT DONE FIGHTING THESE FOLKS AND AM REPORTING TO BBB AND STATE OF COLORADO VETERNARIAN BOARD AS AN ANIMAL LOVER THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN DUE TO THE LACK OF CARE THEY PROVIDE ILL ANIMALS! TO ALLOW AN INTERN TO OPERATE ON MY ANIMAL IS ONE THING, TO NOT HAVE AN OVERSEEING PROVIDER IS ANOTHER AND TO NOT NOTIFY FAMILIES AND CLIENTS THAT YOU ALLOW INTERNS TO OPERATE WITH NO OVERSEEING PARTY IS REDICULOUS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY CAUSE MORE HARM THEN GOOD

I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with PETS Emergency. I came home Sunday evening to find my 11 year old dog Einstein had died. He had not been sick at all. I was devastated and being new to the area, had no clue who to call. My pet sitter told me about PETS. From the initial phone call, to delivery of Einstein to PETS, to today when I picked up his ashes, I and Einstein were treated with respect, dignity and loving consideration. I received a condolence card from them Tuesday. When I picked up Einys remains today, I was given them in a lovely box and also was given a very thoughtful, wonderful gift - a heart with Einys paw print (dirt and hair included) and his name written on it. This was a very loving, considerate touch and a wonderful keepsake. Thank you to everyone whom I encountered and all who cared for Einstein. I appreciate you!

I have utilized the services of Pets Emergency Hospital and Dr. Sharrock for several years. I have consistently been impressed with the candor and knowledge of the staff and Dr. Sharrock. One interaction I remember is when my last dog was getting up there in age he started to have pain in one of his rear legs. The staff was incredibly gentle and caring with him even though he was in a lot of pain. Dr. Sharrock gave me a variety of options for treatment from the very expensive to the less expensive. Since I am not made of money I chose the option somewhere in the middle. Due to the treatments (e.g. medication and special food) my dog was able to maintain a high quality of life for several more years with very little pain. When I get another pet I will return to use their services.

DONT USE THIS CLINIC!!! I took my boxer in for uncontrolled bleeding in her leg. They were able to stop the bleeding and glue my dogs leg wound up. I was told that if the split came open to just bring her back so that they could just put a band around the leg since it was in a weird spot. That night I was happy. However, tonight my dogs wound came open and when I called to see if I could come in to get that band the receptionist said I would be charged the $98+ exam fees AGAIN!!!!! I told her that is not what I was told and she said that since they are an emergency hospital they will charge me for coming in. They charged me a lot of money for a temporary fix! Now I get to spend more money to get my dog fixed somewhere else! DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!

I never review, but this was a terrible experience. I found a cat injured on the highway at 12am. It had a gash in its leg and it was bleeding, so I brought it here. They asked me to get the cat and I told them that the cat didnt want to be touched so I could use help. They came out to my car and opened many doors and one vet attempted to scare the cat towards the other vet. Of course, with so many doors open, the cat fled through one of the other open doors. They just watched the cat run away and said "Well, if it can run its fine", chuckled a bit, and walked back inside. The lack of care and the incompetence of the employees that I dealt with infuriated me. Do not take your animals here, at least not to the night staff.
