My cat got in a fight and hurt her claw so we took her in to make sure nothing on the inside was wrong. The vet told us she just needed antibiotics to help with swelling which we refused because my husband and I dont believe in medication, we told her if her paw didnt heal with the things we used we would come back. The same day a cop came to our house and said they had been getting calls all morning from the vet saying they needed to come look at our cat. He looked at her and seen she was still jumping around and walking just fine and said sorry for waisting your time theres nothing I can do because you chose not to give her medicine. Long story short its been about a month and my cat is completely healed. I would never recommend this place to anyone, they are extremely unprofessional.

I would never go back, they make the Puppy contract sound so good until you take your pet in, then everything else costs you. I stopped taking my puppy after the first month and HAD to continue paying for the whole year $42. a month.That they will do. I took my puppy in 3 times and every time they wanted money. My puppy was misdiagnosed and I had to pay for expensive shampoo and ear wash. The next day it continued the same so I took her to the ER, sure enough they found a ear mite. Much cheaper at the ER than at Banfield. I also took in a stool because I saw that it had worms, they wanted to charge me to look at it under a microscope, I told them they are right there, they wanted to charge $35. I took to ER again, much cheaper.

Had small emergency yesterday when my corgi broke a nail off paying in my parents back yard. We quickly rushed him to the vet where he was treated within the hour. I would like to send my appreciation to Dr. Kitchen and staff for treating my little guy with the greatest of care and kindness. This was not my usual location and it didnt matter. Ive been to numerous different Banfield locations around the front range and they all provide the best care, service and kindness. Holmes says thanks! Joshua Shatz-Batchelor

I have used banfield in different cities. Some have been better then others. This one in Greeley has been great the last two office visits. One was a comprehensive exam for our older golden. They fit us right in, and spent time with us after the visit. The other visit was when we had a new rescue dog added to the family. Everyone was great, spent time with lilly assessing her and spent time with us. I feel like the vets care and want to be apart of keeping our furry kids healthy.

Dr Googins at the Greeley location is AMAZING. I trust her implicitly!! She has guided me through every step of getting my rescue pup healthy. Shots, spay, diet, toys, health... she answers all my questions, no matter how ridiculous. She gives me plenty of options, and keeps care within my budget. I would recommend Dr Googins 100%!!

Great front desk folks, and they always treat my dog as one of the family. They were also proactive in saving me money on tests when a cheaper but just as effective one was found for my cat on our last visit. HIGHLY appreciated!

Whats the point in having a Wellness Plan if every Banfield within 20miles is too busy to see our pet?!? Ridiculous! I called three different Banfields they are all too busy to see our little dog.

Dr Kitchen is amazing. My dog was really scared of the vet and Dr Kitchen worked diligently to make sure that she was comfortable. She was very patient, friendly, and loving to my Betty Bear.

If they dont regularly see your pet they wont help you at all. I called as Im out of a non prescription medication for my cat for her ckd. They refused to sell me any azodyl.
