I couldnt be more pleased with Primary Care and Chiropractic. Dr. Kim is wonderful! I went in with a chronic ergonomic injury to my upper back and neck. Dr. Kim does a wonderful job of adjusting my neck AND doing acupuncture. I was skeptical about acupuncture but gave it a try. Great experience and definitely helps with the pain. The acupuncture rooms are very comfortable. They have you lie on a heated bed in a very softly lighted room with meditation music playing. The needles are left in for 20 minutes. I feel like a new person when I am through! I couldnt be more grateful for Dr. Kims help.

All this place wants to do is bill the insurance companies as much as they possibly can. They could care less if the service theyre providing is actually beneficial. I would suggest staying away. At least get a second opinion before you take their recommendations. I got a nice $230 bill from Primary Chiropractic after my insurance company determined I wasnt covered for the services they suggested. Not to mention, they told me I was covered when trying to sell me on the treatment.

I have never been taken care of before with such kindness and compassion for my back pain then I did at this office. The Kesners are the nicest doctors I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. The staff always found me an appointment and the whole office was very professional, yet personal at the same time. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Love Dr Kim and Chad. They both adjust really gently, talk you through the procedure and are caring people. Payments and working with insurance has been easy with their front desk people. Theyre the best chiros Ive ever seen, and Ive seen a lot!
