horrible, went there for 18 months....never got any relief when i stopped going, they called me and i told them to cancell...no problem or so i though...no they say i owe for three months....NO SERVICES RENDERED... I guess they need my money more than i do SMH MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS: Mrs Thrasher today (October 18, 2018) wrote negative review on Yelp and facebook which has nothing to do with chiropractic care. She has an issue with me not my staff. I plan to move forward with collections and taking Mrs Thrasher to court if she does not pay the balance owed of $147. Mrs Thrasher will find the court system that I have won all of my court cases and or collections efforts has been successful. Mrs Thrasher has 10 days to pay in full of $147 or I will move forward with collection efforts. She can mail a check to 4224 W Charleston Blvd #355, Las Vegas, NV 89102, pay in person or call to pay by phone with credit card. Please advise Mrs. Thrasher, I will no longer correspond by BBB anymore and my decision of $147 owe is DUE within 10 days. and THIS is how Vicki responds, I too work with the public and know when to relent if it is better for the business...loosing a good customer is far more important than $147.00 to the joint

Ive had back issues for most of my adult life. I have a regular chiropractor, but when I had issues on a Friday afternoon, he wasnt open. My co-worker referred me to this location. I visited on Saturday morning in terrible pain. After filling out brief paperwork and standing for a few minutes (I couldnt sit and another customer was waiting who let me cut in line) I was seen. After laying on the table, the chiropractor/specialist talked to me as he evaluated. Before doing the adjustment, he was able to tell where I was having the issues and adjusted me in exactly the right spots. Total visit took about 15-20 minutes and I immediately felt better. It took one more visit about a week later, combined with cold therapy and I was back to normal!

First visit was yesterday. Easiest process ever! Sign your papers for your chart/history. Given your little key card/bar code scanner and the receptionist says that its your virtual chart (pretty nifty if you need to visit another location!) I was a little nervous, as this was my first adjustment. Dr McCauley was kind and he talked me through what he was doing at all times. Ahh, the relief! Just hearing that POP (by the way, isnt your bones popping!) and feeling more flexibility and range of motion is a relief! The receptionist explained pricing, and all of their packages are totally worth it. Cant wait to go back!

Ive been going to The Joint at this location since they opened. Reasons I like The Joint: No appointments are necessary, so I can go when I need to, without a long wait. They dont try to sell me products I dont need. In fact, they only do adjustments - nothing else. Unlike some chiropractors Ive seen in the past: No huge egos. Always a pleasant experience. The doctors listen to my complaints, and adjust whats needed. Im healthier and my poor old body is mush more comfortable because of the great care they give.

Thanks to the Joint I feel so much better. My arms were tingling from working at my desk all day and didnt know what was wrong. I went to the store and saw the Joint and went in and couldnt believe the prices, I could feel better for just $49 a month!! Im in!! Thanks so much. Staff is great too!!

I canceled but still get charged for something i dont use or havent over three months. Does that make sense to charge someone, even though they canceled. Called Corp and said they could do nothing. Cause it was an independent company.
