I have used North Vet since moving to Pomfret, about 18 years ago now. They have always taken excellent care of my pets. Certainly can not ask for better care. Trixie is my 3rd dog since I have been coming to North Vet. I had to have my second dog put to sleep. Catherine took a lot of time with me and my daughter during that process. I never felt rushed. Very understanding and compassionate .I trust her and her staff with my pets.Kay

My family has been taking our pets to Dr North & her staff for 20+ years. We and our animals are always treated with warmth, compassion, and thoughtfulness. Theyre willing to work within your financial constraints to assure your pet has the best possible healthcare. This clinic helps local rescue groups as well, and I have never once had anything resembling an unpleasant experience here. Highly, highly recommended!

Dr North has been my pets veternarian since she moved to town. Thats going on 30 years. I can not imagine a kinder, caring and professional group. Dr. North and all her associates (every one) have given my family (includes my pets) the best care and shown the most concern I could imagine. She has gone as far as calling the house the day after a illness visit to make sure my pet is progressing well.

Dr. North, Laura, Amy and the entire staff are certainly wonderfully skilled but their warm and comforting demeanor was equally important as they treated our critically ill kitten. They were patient and thorough yet acted swiftly when the need for surgery became apparent. We are so very grateful to have our sweet and mischievous kitten home and back to his old tricks! I will always take my pets here. The staff have treated our animals with the utmost respect an dignity. They exhibit great compassion and have made every effort to do what they can to keep my pets healthy. My last dog died this summer and the entire staff sent us a sympathy card that just touched my heart. I cant thank them enough.

North vet clinic is always so friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. I never feel like Im getting ripped off, and they are very reasonable about cost and have no problem writing prescriptions when I want to go to less expensive sources for supplies like heartworm meds. I highly recommend them.
