Im really so surprised to see the 1-star review below. Not my experience at all! (I imagine theres more to the story here...) My experience was so positive. Friendly, respectful, on time, sincere care, bent over backwards to make the total experience wonderful. I had a severe ankle sprain from rolling my foot while running. The team took the time to understand what I wanted to do (first, get rid of my pain, and then get me back to running ASAP) and built my care plan specifically for that. Over the next weeks, they eliminated my pain, got me stronger than I was before, and had me ready for my 10K. I cant thank then enough

I completely tore my quad tendon at the gym and was referred to FYZICAL Therapy & Balance by my doctor, Dr. Akimbo. After several weeks of PT with Kaitlyn, I was able to put aside the crutches and the knee brace and start walking pain free. Aside from the therapy I received in the Southington clinic, I was given home exercises to do which were monitored weekly. I soon was able to do all of the activities I did before my injury including bike riding, jogging and working out including squats! Thank You FYZICAL!

I cant say enough about the staff and the facility. They are GREAT! They take the time to listen, explain, make recommendsations and help you get better quickly. I have Back pain and sciatica. The program is wonderful, I highly recommend it! Thank you!!

The employees are very rude and unprofessional. They cant even set up a simple PT appointment. I guess less appointments less work. Too bad the calls are not monitored or recorded!!!!!
