Do NOT go here!!!! Zero stars!!! These five star reviews are lies!!! I just left the office 45 mins PAST my 6 PM appt. They close at 7:30 so what kind of care am I going to get if Im still sitting there at 6:45? I made special arrangements at work to be there on time like I was so they should have made it their business to be mindful of MY time! Im so done with offices neglecting their patients! For now on Im going to be up front if I wait more than 10 mins past my appointment Im walking out! Im tired of staff over and triple booking! I work in the medical field and none of my patients wait longer than 15 mins and thats rare that anyone waits! Im considerate of peoples time! So if the "owner" reads and says I dont have a chart then here you go..... Monika R. Appt was for 5/22/17 at 6PM. Waited and took a picture of me still waiting in the lobby at 6:45! Also, clean that nasty ass bathroom the floors were sticky and hair on seat! I should have walked out then.

I would give 10 stars if I could to Danbury Dr Dental Office starting with the woman at the front desk who greeted me and made my appointments with such kindness and compassion ,who put up with my hectic schedule with such grace.. Then there is Tonya who helped me find away to pay for all the work that needs to be done .She help me keep it simple with humor and honesty and really made me feel at ease ..and well thats so important to know there is always a way to work it out. Who wants to worry about the bill ???, after youve left the dentist ,... Now I must say the dental assistant s and the dentists there are out standing they are always very gental and comforting knowing I could be or will be in some pain during a visit because they understand how I feel ..dont know anyone who likes to go to the dentist , lets face it ...but I have to tell you the trust I have in my Dentist is real.....I will never go anywhere else .......THANK YOU All So much ...

I had a bridge cut down to a crown as part of an extraction by the oral surgeon which left a sharp burr, which is not unusual -- the oral surgeon had told me that I would have go to my general dentist for finish work. Unfortunately her office was closed due to emergency just before the weekend and the burr was already causing a lot of discomfort as it was in contact with the underside of my tongue. Dr. Dental made room in their schedule to help me. The dentist who helped me was gentle, patient and knowledgeable, making sure to remove all the rough points while taking care not to over-polish the fragile ceramic, a matter which she explained at the time. I have since been helped by another of their dentists with the same level care and concern. I am grateful and would recommend this office based on these experiences.

I had a bad experience at Dr Dental. The dentists and the staff members were very polite. The manager of the facility was very unprofessional. She forgot to send in X-rays that my insurance company needed to approve a root canal. I was told that the insurance company was holding things up until I called my insurance company and found out that Dr. Dental had just sent them my X-rays that were taken two months ago. The insurance company needed another recent set of X-rays and during those two months, my tooth got worse. The insurance company then denied the root canal. Now I have to pay a few thousand dollars for a dental implant. I wasted almost a year with this place and only managed to get one tooth partially fixed! They did a root canal and didnt crown the tooth which is pointless. Avoid this place!

It is with great pleasure I recommend Dr. Dental office for its great service to our community. You can bring your family to Dr. Dental and feel confident that your will come out with a big smile. The staff are professional and have the knowledge of communicating with the patients. From my very first visit at the office, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the office itself. The dentist is an excellent dentist. He took time to explain every procedure he was doing to my sons. Thank you for your service and keep up the great work. + ★★★★★ < If I was smart enough, Id program this rating system to have 10 stars max instead of 5 because thats what Dr. Dental Deserves. Yeah youre likely walking into this building to have your mouth fingered, an uncomfortable experience, but the atmosphere is as pleasant as can be and from the oral surgeon and his assistant (Dr. Yen and Marjorie) to the front desk (Tonya and Jessica), the staff is so sweet, you could get cavities just talking to them!* *Cavities im sure they would treat very promptly ;)

All the Dentists are really kind! I recently saw Dr. Katta for a cleaning and filling and his work was amazing! I highly recommend this office! All of the dental assistants were so patient and knowledgeable. A special thank you to the Manager Tonya for going above and beyond to do my treatment plan and to the Front Desk staff for answering all of my questions and for getting me in inspite of my hectic schedule. I had a cleaning done last week and wait almost 30 minutes just to be called in, then on top of that had to wait another 15-20 to see the dentist. I ended up speaking to the office manger. Who in my eyes were one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met! She had a nasty attitude, and a smart come back for everything. Very poor professionalism and I plan to never go back for a visit.

This is a Great dental office! I always hated to go to the dentist but a few months ago an emergency brought me there and I became a fan since. The staff is so friendly and accomodating and my dentist is the best. I needed a large and expensive amount of work and everyone worked with me so that I was able to have a smile that Im extremely happy with. I would definitely recommend !!

My visit was pleasant, they made sure I was comfortable and I noticed a bunch of kids and adults, coming in and out with with smiles on their faces. They seem to accommodate all ages and are pretty flexible with getting an appointment. Front desk is great to deal with so it seems management must be doing something right. I will def. go again and bring my son when the time comes.

If you have any questions, I advise you to speak to Tonja, the office manager, shes friendly, courteous, and really cares about the patients. Two thumbs up to their Dental Assistant/Benefit Coordinator, Tonya McCorkle!! Her personality, compassion, and welcoming spirit really sets the stage of excellence. For me, the dentists office is not a pleasant place, but he makes it a comfortable experience. If you do not like going to the dentist, please ask for her, she is them gem of Dr. Dental.
