I know it sounds odd, but I like going to the dentist. At least to this dentist. Ive been going to the Dental Team for maybe 8 or nine years, and their combination of skills, care and human warmth are the best Ive ever seen in a practice. (and Ive been to many in my 65 years). The staff is personable and easy to talk to. I love that they will explain what is happening, and show me very detailed pictures on the hi-res monitor in each workspace. My hygienist- Crystal- is a pro, she cleans my teeth without beating me up! She works carefully and almost completely avoids painful scrapping etc. And she has a patient and clear way of explaining what I might do to improve my home care routine. The main Docs- Doctors Steven and Barry- are amazing dentists. Why? Because they are careful, very skilled, informative and personable. They always explain whats needed and whats happening. Dr. Barry just did a crown prep for me, and he worked on the fit until it was perfect. Meaning several steps of prep to get the bite just right. And the way he prepped the anesthesia (Lydocaine) was perfect- I felt no pain at all with the needle, and no pain - at all -the day after. Thats good work. My last comment revolves around "humaness", and not about drills and toothpaste. The vibe in this office is great. There is jolly banter between the dentists and the staff, and lots of personal artwork (Stevens photos) hung everywhere. I feel at ease, and have a very warm relationship with the staff. Ask Dr Barry to explain about his East Indian Dental professor- he has a fabulous impersonation, and a funny story to tell.

I love Dr. Steve, Dr. Barry and the whole staff at The Dental Team. I used to hate going to the dentist - until I found The Dental Team. They knew my level of trepidation and made me comfortable from the start. Any question I had was answered and explained thoroughly. They always make plenty of time for their patients. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful! Plus the office is bright, cheerful and open- doesnt feel like youre in a traditional dental office. Im so happy that I finally found a dentist I can trust and that I actually dont mind going to. Thanks Dental Team for getting me over my silly dentist fears!!! I highly recommend The Dental Team. Im confident after one visit youll feel the same way.

Dr. Reiss and his staff are wonderful. Ive personally witnessed The Dental Teams commitment to Brookfield. Be it their food drive to restock the Brookfield Food Pantry or giving away over 500 toothbrushes at the Trunk or Treat event. Over the years Ive also noticed local athletic teams sponsored by The Dental Team. Its safe to say Dr. Reiss is a very kind & generous man. My family appreciates the care & concern shown to us each & every visit, by all of the Team. Speaking of family, our boys ages 4 & 5 are patients of the Dental Team and look forward to their cleanings. Ive referred patients and will continue to do so. To my friend Dr. Steven Gary Reiss, dont change a thing.

As a self-recognized dental coward it seemed only fitting to visit a dental practice that Caters to Cowards. While initially skeptical, it was immediately apparent that this was no advertising ploy. Every single person I came in contact with made me feel comfortable and welcome. I simply cannot say how pleasant my experience was. Dr. Moretsky took his time, explained in detail what was needed, and described what expectations I should have. Carolyn, the hygienist, was really comforting, helpful, and informative. Ive got a few additional appointments on my calendar and I can honestly say that as long as I am going to The Dental Team, I am no longer a coward.

From the first time walking in the door felt you were in the company of friends.The staff warm and caring.Waited no more than five minutes before they took me into the examing room.Met the dental assistant who prepared me for X-rays.After completing that met Dr Barry who explained to me the process for an implant.He then numbed me up and I waited till it took hold.Dr Barry has the sofetest touch no pain and no discomfort.The best experience Ive ever had in my dental life.Wow what a dentist and staff.Will be telling friends and family about such a caring and professional practice.If you need a dentist go see the Dental Team you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend this office! Especially if you are nervous and hesitant because of past experiences like me. I walked in to get info/consultation and was shocked how above and beyond they were for me. They even got me in the very next day to start solving my problem. I saw Dr. Barry and he is amazing! Explained everything step by step to me so I didnt feel nervous and confused -- it really helped calm my nerves. The receptionists are extremely welcoming and happy....which is also very calming for the nerves. They are very understanding about cost and willing to work with you. The office is also clean, bright, modern, and has updated technology!

They live by their motto We cater to cowards! When my daughter was 3, she fell and hit her front 4 teeth. Not only did The Dental Team get us an appointment with a pediatric dentist within 20 minutes of us calling, Steve wanted to see her first. And he did. After that incident, it took 2 years of every other month seeing Steve for 15 Minutes in his chair to get her to open her mouth for him. He was patient with her and took the time it needed to get her comfortable at the dentist again. She is now 19 And goes on her own but will only go to The Dental Team. We have been die hard fans for over 20 years!!

The dentists at the Dental Team are the best! It is such a relaxed, friendly environment and it is obvious that the people there enjoy working together. In addition to the usual cleanings, I have had some fillings replaced, cavities filled, and (unfortunately!) a few crowns. I am always 100%-plus satisfied. Going to the dentist is not most peoples idea of a good time but everyone goes out of their way to make the experience as pleasant as possible. My family and I have been going to the Dental Team since we moved to Connecticut eighteen years ago.

You dont need to be scared of this dental office! Everyone greets you with open arms. My husband has had a bunch of cavities and root canals the past few years and all of the doctors and hygienists have taken such good care of us. Its amazing to sit in the dental chair and you can see the X-ray images on the large flat screen TV right in front of me. You can really see the decay and then you can see how they fixed it! My 3 year old son also had such a fun experience for his first cleaning! Warm friendly office. Excellent staff.

Dr. Barry and his staff are amazing. It was my first time at The Dental Team and I loved my experience. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The dental assistant came out to greet me before I went in and Dr. Barry was so nice and professional. He carefully examined my teeth and was able to find the source of my pain. I look forward to going back for treatment. The office is relaxing and I really enjoyed being there. Thanks so much for a great experience.
