I am SO grateful this place was recommended to me by both my mother-in-law and co-worker. We just moved to the area and both my pets needed pretty urgent visits- my cat had a very large cyst that suddenly popped and bled and my dog had a pretty serious tooth issue. We felt that they sincerely cared about both our animals and us. They worked with on the prices and I feel like they quality of care they provide WELL EXCEEDS what they have charged us. Our rescue who wound up having to have 14 teeth extracted (had previous serious issues before we rescued him) and they only charged us for a few since they said most of them came out so easily and they would "have been crazy to charge" for more than half of them. They had been able to accommodate all of our visits recently within a reasonable time frame and I have never once felt like I had to wait too long for a visit or felt that they overcharged for anything. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

I would not recommend bringing your pet to this animal hospital. I have been a customer here for 5 years and will be leaving. I brought my dog because she had an ear infection and paid the $60 for the visit and then another $100 for meds, which is fine. At the end of the visit the Manager came in and asked me if I would like my dogs ears cleaned, I said that would be great bc then i will know how to do it. So she put the cleaner on a cotton swab and cleaned the ear for less than 30 secs on each side. When I get home I see that the Manager charged me $45 for an ear cleaning. I am trying to get my money back, they said since it wasnt a deep cleaning they could give me $20 back but I feel taken advantage of. This is not how you treat people that have been coming to you for years. Thats bad business.

This place is ridiculous! Our 3 pets had been patients there for many years. Took my dog there today - limping on his front paw. They would not treat him because they said he needed shots, stool sample, blood work, etc to the tune of $500, I said I did not have that kind of $ right now - cant we just treat his paw & update the shots later? They said NO!! They will only treat pets that are current on all their standards (which are ridiculous)! They let my poor baby limp right out of there!! That is caring about animals??? Bull *#%#!!!!! I will never go back there again!!

We have been with VCA for about 20 years now and have complete trust in them. Weve been through some major health dramas with our cats and they are always there going above and beyond to provide the best care. Yeah, veterinary care is expensive, it is everywhere. But this place, you definitely get the best possible care and treatment for your money. Theyre honest too, theyll always tell you when something is a long shot or expensive or doesnt look good for the pet.

Weve been going there for years, and have always had a good experience, both with veterinary care and boarding. The entire staff, including the vets, are clearly animal-lovers, and treat each case with interest and compassion. Dont let the franchise aspect fool you -- it concerned me at first. Theres nothing franchise-y about the way these doctors practice medicine. They are as caring and personal with the animals as a small-town veterinarian would be.
