I joined SOSF Crossfit & Chiropractic in April of 2016. I had previously been out of Crossfit and working out for 6-8 months, and with another gym for a couple years prior. In this short time with SOSF Ive lost over 10lbs, improved my fitness and have increased my strength greatly. They have knowledgeable coaches who are all about quality before quantity. They have very challenging workouts that they scale based on your strength and fitness level so you get the most out of every workout. If you want to get in shape or get back into shape, SOSF will get you there.

I have been a member for a short time but this has not been my first gym or crossfit experience. The trainers are phenomenal! They care about your journey, your progress, you as an individual, and thats really hard to find in this type of environment. I do not live close, but work close, and I wouldnt think for once to join anywhere more local to my house because of the sense of family SOSF has. They have elevated the crossfit experience and have helped me live a healthier fit life. Keep it up!

Words can not describe how much I Love SOSF. I have been working out with Dr. Skelton and his team since the very first day of the opening and I have loved the physical and mental transformation I have gone though. Fantastic staff and community of friends have changed my life and I thoroughly enjoy coming everyday to work out. I recommend This BOX to anyone that whats a good mind body and physical fulfillment in their lives, or just a great time with great people.

Very positive workout environment. Coaches are knowledgeable and patient--emphasize proper form. Dr. Chris Skelton, the owner, is an in-gym practicing chiropractor who also designs the workouts. Since I started a year ago, not only have a made great friends, Ive become faster, stronger and can do many other things I never thought Id be able to do like pull-ups!

Fantastic workouts, changing daily. Chris and his staff make a family and fun environment. All workouts and lifts are adjusted as needed to make sure everyone is safe. Best workout in Fairfield, tons of class times, great community.

Made an appt for chiropractic care with Dr. Skelton and immediately was able to find out what is going on after a few minutes of dicussion. Will be going back to learn the proper techniques to working out.
