Dr. Kim gives dentists a great name. I say this with the utmost sincerity. I say this because first of all I used to be afraid of all dentists. Back in 2014 I was seeing a dentist in a "prestigious" dental office in NYC Park Avenue for a crown that I needed on tooth. I went to Dr. Kims office for a second opinion and he told me I needed an implant because my tooth was very worn down and the crown would not stay. I decided to try Dr. Kim out for the implant work that I needed and I must say I have never felt more assured with a dentist, as I felt with Dr. Kims handywork. He takes his time with you, he explains everything before and as he goes along and answers any questions or concerns you might have. He has very gentle hands where you dont even feel a thing. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

This was my first time going to Dr. Kim. I used to be a patient of Miles Bonom, the guy who was there before Dr. Kim. I must compliment Dr. Kim on his work. He removed an on-lay that Id received elsewhere and replaced it with a total cap(crown?). I had the onlay for about 8 years and it never felt right. It was not properly fit to the tooth. The cap(crown?) that Dr. Kim replaced it with feels like the original tooth is back on there again...very comfortable. This is the first time in years that I do not have to favor that side when I chew something cold or hard. Ill be returning in a week to have it permanently fastened and to get a cleaning for which Im long over due. Dr. Kim is a good Dentist and I highly recommend High Ridge Family Dental.

The original dentist who was in this location Dr. Miles Bonom retired. The dentist(Dr. Kim) who took over his practice needs more experience. I gave him an opportunity for one year (including cleaning and cavity fillings). After my last dental cleaning (he forgot to polish my teeth) until I reminded him. As well as a filling to protect my gum line at the base of a tooth (which when finished looked horrible). I went to a new dentist last week. She replaced the fillings Dr. Kim placed in my mouth; and asked when he got out of dental school. The filling at my gum line looks non-existent -- exactly as it supposed to. Avoid this dental practice, more EXPERIENCE is required.

I was having aching pain whenever I chewed food and food was increasingly getting trapped between my back teeth. It was a chore to chew food and needless to say, I could not enjoy my meals for days and weeks. I called Dr. Kims office and he squeezed me into his busy schedule which I appreciated a lot. All of his staff are friendly and professional. The office is clean, well-organized and to top it off, it has some of the coolest instruments I saw in any dental office. Dr. Kim takes the time to listen to your concerns and he also spends the time to go over his treatment plans and post-ops. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and High Ridge Family Dental !

I have no complaints regarding my experience with Dr, Kim. He was very informative and professional throughout the duration of my appointments. I went in for a routine cleaning and he recommend I have a crown placed on a tooth that had a root canal several years ago, which my previous dentist neglected to mention. The procedure was completely painless when he administered the temporary crown. I just had my permanent crown put in today and you cant even tell the difference. It looks just like a regular tooth and does not even feel sore. I am totally satisfied with the service provided by Dr. Kim and would definitely recommend his office for dentist work

Dr. Kim has been my dentist since December of 2014. My experience with Dr. Kim has been exceptional. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and insightful with recommended course of treatments. The course of treatment he recommended when I first met with him, I also went into New York City to another highly recommended dentist for a second opinion. The NY doctor agrees with Dr. Kim’s treatment. Dr. Kim has performed two extractions and one tooth implant. All procedures were executed with incredible patience (I suffer from TMJ) and great skills. I have recommended Dr. Kim to friends and they all think very highly of him.

I have been going to Dr. Kim for a year and have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff. Dr. Kim and his staff are extremely professional. They greet every patient with a warm smile. The staff is always accommodating with my schedule, attentive and very caring. Dr. Kim is very patient when he explains procedures. He always has time for me to ask questions and I never feel rushed with him. He made my experience with "Invisalign" easy, and answered any and all questions I had during the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone in Stamford area if they are looking for the very best in the field.

Ive been with Dr. Kim since he opened this practice in Stamford. I have always experienced gentle, painless treatments. Today I was not looking forward to the dreaded root planing and scaling. Dr. Kims hygienist, Eric, performed the procedure and it was completely painless with a shot or two of Novocain. I was given detailed follow up instructions and to maintain the results. I also had two small caries repaired, done with a laser device, completely painless. In all my long, long life, my visits to Dr. Kim have been the best ever! Highly recommend! And they have Saturday hours!

The best dentist Ive ever had...and Ive had a "few". Living in NYC for so long Id forgotten what a great dentist actually was. From my first call to the office I could tell this was going to be a different experience. Dr. Kim was great, friendly and attentive, he actually explained to me what was going on with my teeth, and went through the options that were available for treatment. He understood what I was going through and wanted to make sure that all my questions were answered before I had left. Plus, that 360 degree x-ray machine is really cool! Thanks Dr. Kim

I suggest dont even bother coming into this office. This dentist has no quality at all. You could tell the cleanliness of their tools by just looking at the office and their bathroom. Im not sure where it is coming from but for a new patient to see that there:s a fly flying around it:s disgusting. Had my second opinion somewhere else after my moms appointment with him and their diagnosis is nowhere near what he said. Watch out he just wants your money. No quality care at all.

Excellent dentist! He took the time to take care of my teeth, and made me feel really comfortable. I got a root canal, and cleaning done last week. It was the very best experience that I had with a dentist. I always had bad teeth, due to having a sweet tooth all my life. The clinic has been recently renovated and I feel very comfortable in this new atmosphere. I have been seeing Dr. Kim for the past few months and I am very satisfied with his procedures including wisdom teeth extraction, scaling, and orthodontics.
