Went to newfield dental for a clean up which was good and during the clean up they noticed 2 cavities and a potential crown. They gave an estimate for the work which I accepted and paid for the cavities. They were supposed to call me with the approval from my insurance to have the crown done but instead they called to ask me if i wanted to go for the crown so i asked if it was approved, they had no idea made me wait and said well call u later. Then i had pain on one tooth that they worked on, they said it had a high spot which they fixed, no problem there nobody is perfect but they called to the desk and made me pay them to repair their mistake on top of that after i paid the first time they said i awe them more money from the cavities, i had accepted their estimate before now they changed it. I paid for everything cancelled the 6 months clean up appointment and asked them to not call my insurance for the crown. The front desk staff r very lost, they need training

Highest recommendation. Newfield Dental is outstanding. I received a cleaning, two fillings, and Dr. Agarwal (aided by her informative assistant) performed a very much appreciated ONE-HUNDRED-PERCENT-PAINLESS root-canal. She was extremely attentive during the entire procedure to be absolutely certain that I was comfortable at all times. During my cleaning -- Dr. Agarwal pointed out a tiny chip in my tooth that was stained and discolored. She promptly suggested that she could remove the cosmetic defect in minutes with an ultraviolet-cured bonding fill. She did so and the grayish spot is now replaced with white. The facility is state-of-the-art and immaculate -- and the noticeably friendly office manager made a clear effort to accommodate my schedule, was sure to give me a reminder call the day before each appointment, and verified in advance that my insurance would cover all costs of the procedure.

Dentists very knowledgeable, did not push the most expensive options, and were willing to discuss pros and cons of treatments. Also office support staff very friendly. I had signed up for their dental plan, at a very reasonable price last year. It provides lower in-network costs, and has already saved me quite a bit of money. I highly recommend them! 5/23/17 followup visit: Came back in 3 months. Dentist was on time and was willing and happy to go over the original x-rays and new one, pointing out the reason for my original diagnosis, what had changed (for the better), and what could be expected. I am very pleased with the care I am receiving, and Dr. Agrawals handling of a difficult situation. Also delighted with saving almost $14,000!!! I will never go back to my former dentist.

Coming into this appointment I was absolutely a nervous wreck as it has been years since I last saw a dentist and I was certain I needed some work done. I made my apprehension clear and from the time I made the appointment to the end of my visit everyone at the office did their best to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Agarwal and her staff proved to be such kind, patient, and professional people and I could not ask for any better. Dr. Agarwal took such amazing care of me and at no point was I in any discomfort. I can not begin to describe how I highly recommend this office. When youre there youre in good hands!

I have never had a better dental experience than the one I had at Newfield Dental. I would highly recommend Newfield Dental, specifically Dr. Agarwal. She has been amazing and has supported me through a lot of dental work the past few months. I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but working with Dr. Agarwal was a complete pleasure. She made sure all the work was painless and that I was comfortable. She also made sure to explain everything to me in detail so I was informed about the work I needed. I am definitely going to continue to go to Dr. Argarwal for all my dental needs in the future.

Dr. Argarwal and her assistant were absolutely wonderful! I cant say enough great things about them. Very caring and gentle. Always making sure I was comfortable! Im a coward when it comes to having dental work done and I needed a few fillings...well after meeting Dr. Argarwal it didnt take much convincing to tackle them! At first I was skeptical of the office because its in the middle of the newfield shopping center and not a traditional office setting but once I was in their care I didnt even mind that. :)

The experience here is exceptional, Dr.Agarwal is one of the best dentists around! She is pleasant and thoughtfully looked at my x-rays. She explains everything she is doing and gave me a gentle yet very thorough cleaning and polishing. I got my cavities filled, it was high quality and no unnecessary procedures. The staff is professional and very welcoming, which makes me feel comfortable. The whole place is clean and high-tech. I am happy that I went here and I recommend it.

Doctor and staff are very professional. Extremely Easy to make appointments. The assistant was great! He did a very good job assisting the dentist while getting 3 fillings. Best novacaine shots Ive ever received. Usually they are so painful. Hygienist gets right down to business and does not ask a lot of personal questions, as has been my experience in the past. No lectures on flossing. Highly recommend! Offices are neat and clean. Just great all around!

Very Nice and clean office. Staff is very friendly. Doctors are very nice and they explained everything before doing anything. I had two fillings done and it was painless experience i had first time at a dentist office. Visit was quick and painless. Their offices are beautiful, clean, and modern. Very conveniently located in Newfield Green shopping center. Their hours are great and services are very reasonably priced. Staff and Dr are so talented, proficient and caring. They all work together to make it as comfortable and pleasant of an experience as possible. I was really nervous about getting a filing because I know Id have to get anesthetic. .. To my surprise, I didnt feel a thing! Dr Singh is so talented.
